I came to this hotel with my boyfriend for 12 days. The service was amazing. Door men are super respectful, always run to grab the elevator for you and hold the door. The maid service was super consistent and exceptional. Very clean rooms. Great AC. 5-minute walk from Copacobana beach and a lot of great restaurants. I would absolutely reccommend this hotel and stay here again.

We chose Windsor Copa for the remaining days of our trip, and it proved to be a very solid choice. The hotel is conveniently located, just a short walk from the beach, with plenty of excellent restaurants and amenities nearby. Its location also makes it easy to explore, with both Ipanema and Leblon beaches within walking distance. The hotel itself is well maintained, and the staff were consistently professional and attentive throughout our stay. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a particularly great shower, always appreciated after a long day out. We stayed on the 11th floor and enjoyed a lovely view of the surrounding mountains, which added a nice touch to the experience. While the rooms are perfectly functional and clean, they could benefit from some updates, particularly in terms of furniture and overall design, to better match the more modern feel of the lobby and common areas. Overall, we had a great stay and would happily recommend Windsor Copa for its location, cleanliness, and welcoming service.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were great and very friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The location is excellent, with everything close by and many great restaurants just a short walk away. The beach is also just a few blocks from the hotel, which was very convenient. The hotel itself is a bit old and could use some improvements and updates, but overall it was a comfortable stay.

There's no balcony. Our window faced the wall. Some receptionists aren't friendly. Seems annoyed 😠 hotel itself seems clean and smells good. Food is great.

Room was very clean and was cleaned very quickly each day, one day we were going out and had put the sign on our door for our room to be cleaned. Only got to the lobby before realised we needed something from our room and by the time we got back to our room someone had already started cleaning. Staff were extremely nice and very helpful. I left my bags in the lobby while I went to freshen up in the toilet when we arrived and they moved my bags into a cupboard to keep them safe, very grateful.
