We stayed here for two week for our Anniversary and we had a great time, the Hotel is 1 minute away super short walk to Copacabana Beach, restaurant and shopping all was very close and super convenient, my wife and I Loved this spot and booked this spot again when we come back with our Kids…

We had a brilliant stay here for 6 nights as a family, including a 4 year old. It is very close to the beach, beside a children’s park and there are plenty of restaurants, supermarkets, drugstores and souvenir shops nearby. The staff were so friendly and there was an excellent choice at breakfast. Tip for travellers from UK/Ireland - you can buy plug adaptors at multiple stalls a few minutes walk from the hotel. While you can use European plugs, European adaptors do not fit. I would choose this hotel again for our next trip.

This hotel is excellently located. The rooms may appear slightly dated, but everything is clean and well functioning. There are many families staying with infants and toddlers, like us. It is quite comfortable.

I have stayed here 4 or 5 times in the past, probably about 14 weeks in total. Rooms are a nice size and staff are friendly. Definitely not a 5 star hotel but comfortable and clean and in a good location.

Nice area around the hotel. Only didn’t liked that I reserved for three people, the third person arrived the first night but left because personal reasons another friend arrived we told him that since we rented for three could stay but the hotel told us that couldn’t because already we were three, we explained that the other person left and will not comeback, despite that, they told me that I would have to rent another room for my other friend. At the end we would be three only like planned. Other than that everything fine, staff great.

Was well worth the money got the executive sweet with balcony on 18th had a great view and so close to the pool! The staff was super friendly and helpful knowing it was my first time in Brazil! Definitely would stay here again!

My phone and primary credit cards were stolen in the crowds during the Lady Gaga concert. The hotel staff was very helpful and kind. Throughout the hotel all staff members (exception of housekeepers) spoke excellent English. We also found the location to be better than expected for all of our needs; convenience stores, money changer, pharmacies, restaurants and sidewalk cafes, and more.

Internet went off more times than I can remember. One if two elevators was out 2 days and remaining one was slow. Staff was very good. Could hear neighbors thru the wall. Typical noisy trash collection but that's anywhere in Copacabana. Oddly they made me pay for 2 beers from mini frig when I replaced them with same brand only bigger cans apparently so they called me out and I had to pay. I understand a policy, but sometimes you need to think about is it worth it.
