The receptionist was excellent. As a foreigner, her welcome and kindness was above and beyond, thank you kindly. The rest of the staff were also amazing. I will never forget the woman at breakfast bringing me Mikitsi with icing sugar, and telling me eat…eat, so personal and sweet. The spa is included, except for the turkish bath, and it was clean and refreshing after a long day of travelling. The hottub could of been a little hotter and with more jets, but nevertheless good enough. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, and when I return i will stay here again without a heartbeat!!

Can you believe that this hotel is only 3 star, amazing place, very delicious typical bulgarian breakfast. Quite and comfortable room with large bed and AC climatisation.

Really poor!!! Not an hotel, rather a bunch of rooms with a so called spa. Receptions closes at night and nobody is there to address any situation. Bathroom only has a bathtub for shower without any courtains, so bathroom gets all wet and slippery. Make room concept was poor …. Just “made barely” the bed and dry the bathroom. There is a continuous noise in the bathroom at midnight for a couple of hours coming from the fact the toilet water tank was leaking and when the pump tries to load it again, there is a noise like a trumpet for a few seconds, every few minutes for a couple of hours at midnight. The air con does not work….. at least breakfast was decent.

Overall nice place but the floor under ours was in full construction mode. The one thing that bothered us a bit was the toilets which were almost fully see through. It is great to get some privacy. Mattress as well was a bit worn off and ready for a change.

Hotel called me 3 days before my arrival and asked for deposit. Unprofessinal staff during check-in. Hotel blocked my car in hotel parking, I have to wait long time till they open the gate. 24/7 reception is not available. Left rubbish in my room.

Didn’t like how the bathroom and shower were just glass. Zero privacy, n the bathroom door didn’t fully close. The bedroom was covered with carpet, which isn’t favourable since the bathroom door doesn’t fully close theres a solid chance that the water from the shower is getting the carpet wet

Receptionist was extremely rude, we arrived at our check in time of 2pm and was told to go away until 3pm, all we received was attitude and I had to argue that we were silver members and even showed proof our check in was 2pm. The same receptionist was also rude when we asked her to sort out the hot tub as it was luke warm and the water hurts weren’t working, she came in, pushed a button and was moaning that a technician needed to be called whilst walking away with attitude. We didn’t feel that we could ask her anything from there on in. Despite that the hotel was as lovely, clean and well maintained.

I informed the property for late check in. When we get there, he told us we can go to our room while he is setting up the sofa bed. He was doing the bed only using his one hand bcoz he was holding his phone with his other hand talking to somebody organizing their night out. He was not in a hurry at all. After he’s done that, I asked for more pillows. He came back without knocking just opened our door and gave me the pillows. I was at the middle of removing my bra and my daughter in a bathroom with opened door bcoz the light was not that bright. I told the guy he should at least knock and don’t just open the door. The sofa bed was moving squeeking, soft mattress. Dust on the tables, no enough lighting. Smelly room. With rubbish on a trash can. Breakfast food- they don’t top up any food once finished. Water is coming out if you press different juices on the machine. Staff not approachable, not smiling.
