Everything I needed for a short stay in the city. Character building, with modern rooms that are sparkling clean and nicely stocked.

It was really good hotel. Perfectly located. On a walking distance from everything. The hotel was very clean and comfy. 5 Stars and more.

We got a comolimentary room upgrade and were very delighted. To our surprise the next morning, we didn't have any hot water. Since we had to leave very early in the morning, we didn't get a chance to address it. Very unpleasant.

Great location. Rooms are very nice with excellent natural light.

Clean rooms. Lots of restaurants and cafes near by.

The room was damp due to lots of condesation on the windows. It was also hard to sleep given the very bringt lights on outside all night

Great stay. Only disappointment was that the restaurant/bar downstairs is closed for renovation. But there were plenty of options nearby to make up for that!

Property was centrally located in old Quebec. Steps away from Chateau Frontenac and from lower town. Plenty of shopping and dining spots that you can pick from. Very clean property and up to date amenities. Perfect spot for a short or romantic getaway

This is a beautifully refurbished historic building. Our room was small but very comfortable and the quality of the workmanship helped to maintain the historic setting. The location was ideal. Parking (C$20 per day, 2-3 blocks away was protected from snow and also the cold outdoor temperature...more than made up for the 7-minute walk.

Our room (#15) was impeccable upon arrival. We were able to check in 1.5 hours early. The bathroom in our room was newly renovated and gorgeous. Complimentary soap, shampoo, shower gel and body lotion were provided. I didn't mind that the house keeping didn't come at all during our stay, as I was confident that our needs would have been met had we requested anything at all. The queen bed had 2 sets of thick pillows and 2 sets of memory foam pillows. I would have preferred a thin pillow, but i understand that fluffier pillows are more luxurious and more popular. Our room was nice and quiet at night and no outside noise, or music from the bar below could be heard. The hotel's location was its best feature, being within walking distance to everything you may want to see/do in Old Quebec. The parking was convenient (at city hall), and cost us only $36 for our 2 day stay. I highly recommend this hotel and will be sure to return, hopefully soon!

Beautiful location right across from the Chateau and Christmas markets are right outside.

Fantastic location and a great attached restaurant. Parking is not simple but once you get over that, it is terrific. Highly reccomend.

Good location

Very good location and it is in the middle of everything. Area is very safe with tons of restaurant and nice boutiques. Restaurant in the building is very good. Room is newly renovated and very clean. Bathroom shower has good pressure and hot water works! Public parking is underground and a 4 minute walk. Very reasonable parking fee. We highly recommend and will stay here again.

This hotel was so cute and cozy. The bed was comfy, nice big window, modern bathroom with good lighting. The location was perfect for exploring the whole city. The staff were all so helpful and nice. It was a delight staying there. I highly recommend it.

The hotel is excellent for budget minded travellers, ideally located just across from Chateau Frontenac. My room was nicely but sparsely furnished. I was in Quebec for business and definitely not in the right hotel: no lift, no desk in my room, no breaktfast. The reception is often deserted because they only have one receptionist for 2 hotels and he/she has to come over from the other hotel to attend you. The receptionists were very helpful but it just happened to be the wrong hotel for a business traveller.
