シャトーフロントナックまで歩いて数分の距離にあり、観光の拠点としては申し分ないと思います。部屋も清潔です。難点は、エレベーターなどがないこと、冷蔵庫に冷凍室がないことです。トランクを二つ持っていた私は、チェックアウトの時間が早朝だったので、一人で荷物を下まで下ろすのに大変に苦労しました。

立地もよく綺麗でとても快適だった。電気ケトルなどがあるとよかった。

Loved these charming rooms and convenient location.

Nice and clean

Most of what I wanted to see in Quebec City was an easy walk from the hotel. My particular room did not have much of a view but the room itself was nice. It didn’t have an elevator but the staff were very friendly and more than willing to help get luggage up and down the stairs. I did not eat in their restaurant so I can’t comment on that.

A wonderful place to stay. Room was comfy and spacious. Modern rooms. Building was elegant inside with unusual staircases. No elevator. Restaurant attached was excellent for breakfast and hotel gave coupon for 15% off. Great location close to Hop on Hop off bus and Frontenac Hotel. Such great service! We had help with our suitcases. Staff very friendly. Thanks for a great time.

Nice hotel however NO elevator we are elderly and had to request help to take our luggage to the 3rd floor.

This was my second stay and the auberge and is my first choice in Quebec City, as I have stayed at other places. The staff is always there to help and friendly. Location cannot be beat. Clean & convenient. Hope to be there again.

Amazing!! Loved it. Only downside was off site parking.

We loved our one night stay there. Wonderful staff. Room was cozy and clean. There is no elevator which was not a problem for us but may be challenging for some. City Hall parking was close by. Would recommend.

Road work started outside at 7, not much they could do about that. Great restaurant attached. Super location.

The only negative is no elevator! The staff were excellent, offering to carry our “senior citizen’s” bags.

We would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Old Q! Staff was pleasant and very accommodating. Restaurant downstairs was excellent as well. Very friendly staff and great food! Thanks go to all who supported us!

This is a wonderful boutique hotel in the heart of the Old City. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are large and clean, the beds comfortable, the bathrooms and showers are wonderful. They do not have parking on premises so check in can be a bit tricky if you have a car however public parking is within a 5 minute walk. If you’re looking for a place in the heart of the action then this is the place for you.

Great option for a stay in old Quebec City. Good location opposite the Chateau Frontenac. Good for walking anywhere to sight see. Only improvements would be more convenient parking and an elevator. But staff were great and very accommodating. Very enjoyable stay and would recommend.

Next to Chateau Frontenac, many restaurants and shopping within minutes. Hotel service was excellent. Rooms are small, but that was expected but very clean. No counter space in bathroom Only issue was noise at night I believe was from the restaurant kitchen below our room
