気持ちの良い滞在が出来る、大変好立地の最高の場所にあるホテルです。レストランも周辺に沢山ありますし、お土産屋さんも直ぐ近く、シャトーフロントナックホテルは、目の前。申し分ないです。ホテルもとても可愛らしい作りで、本当にゆっくりと滞在できました。スーツケースをチェックイン前とチェックアウト後に預かってくれました。デポジットの返金も他のホテルより早かった。2階にチェックインカウンターがあり、エレベーターがありません。スーツケースを持って階段を登る必要があります。途中でスタッフさんが気付いて、スーツケースを持ってくれました。スタッフさんがフレンドリーで親切です。小さなお金に両替もしてくれました。とてもオススメの素敵な可愛い赤い屋根のホテルです。

シャトーフロントナックまで歩いて数分の距離にあり、観光の拠点としては申し分ないと思います。部屋も清潔です。難点は、エレベーターなどがないこと、冷蔵庫に冷凍室がないことです。トランクを二つ持っていた私は、チェックアウトの時間が早朝だったので、一人で荷物を下まで下ろすのに大変に苦労しました。

Rooms were OK, bathroom had no room for toiletries or any storage, which made it difficult for getting ready. Great location though.

The Auberge Tresor is a wonderful place to stay and explore Quebec city. The location could not be any better, the property itself makes you feel like you are in Europe. The 1640 restaurant for breakfast was great and got you all fueled up for a day of walking and exploring. This was the second time we have stayed there and each time the staff has been friendly and helpful.

Wonderful location, and great "old world charm". Super friendly and helpful staff ... especially in their excellent Bistro. The only drawback is no elevator. Be prepared to drag your luggage upstairs. There are no rooms on the ground floor.

Everything about our stay was incredible. Check-in was super easy, woman at the desk was friendly and helpful. The lobby was clean and decorated nicely. Our room was great, on the front side of the hotel! Cozy, clean, great bathroom, the bed was very comfortable and the view was amazing. Auberge du Tresor is on a very busy corner so it was a bit loud during the day and evening but we didn't mind at all and loved that we were in a prime location. Things quieted down early in the night. We have already said that if we return to Quebec City we would absolutely stay here again.

Friendly staff, quiet room, convenient for sightseeing in Vieux Quebec et Vieux Port. Excellent restaurant.

Lovely boutique type hotel. The building was built in early 1890's, apparently. Rooms are nicely appointed. The only reason this wasn't 5 stars is because there is no elevator and we were on the 3rd floor. My fault, not the property 's. My husband has difficulties with stairs but was able to climb them every day.
