気持ちの良い滞在が出来る、大変好立地の最高の場所にあるホテルです。レストランも周辺に沢山ありますし、お土産屋さんも直ぐ近く、シャトーフロントナックホテルは、目の前。申し分ないです。ホテルもとても可愛らしい作りで、本当にゆっくりと滞在できました。スーツケースをチェックイン前とチェックアウト後に預かってくれました。デポジットの返金も他のホテルより早かった。2階にチェックインカウンターがあり、エレベーターがありません。スーツケースを持って階段を登る必要があります。途中でスタッフさんが気付いて、スーツケースを持ってくれました。スタッフさんがフレンドリーで親切です。小さなお金に両替もしてくれました。とてもオススメの素敵な可愛い赤い屋根のホテルです。

シャトーフロントナックまで歩いて数分の距離にあり、観光の拠点としては申し分ないと思います。部屋も清潔です。難点は、エレベーターなどがないこと、冷蔵庫に冷凍室がないことです。トランクを二つ持っていた私は、チェックアウトの時間が早朝だったので、一人で荷物を下まで下ろすのに大変に苦労しました。

The room was very clean and the staff are very kind and helpful. Pillows were good quality and not flat which I find important. Their restaurant Bistro 1640 is a great spot for breakfast in front of Château Frontenac, and the hotel offers a 15% breakfast discount for guests. The hotel is right in the heart of old Québec, which makes all the attractions easy to walk to. Overall I would stay here again!

The rooms were nice and the staff were helpful and polite. More hooks in the room and in the bathroom would really be nicer. Having a solid door to the bathroom would nice. I understand the frosted glass door is the latest style but it would be more comfortable with a solid door.

Incredible location right in the square, distinctive with the red roof and we had a great people-watching view from our room. Staff were friendly and the bar downstairs was fun, and the food at the (busy) restaurant was tasty. One note was that there was some stairs between the entry and our room - no issue for us, but some travelers might have a problem. If there was an elevator, we didn't find (or need) it :)

The Historic building is awesome. Location is in the heart of the Old Town. Every tourist attraction is in walking distance. That can be great if you love the constant bustle of tourists, but less great if you want a quiet evening. There is nearly constant music from the restaurant on the ground floor; if that doesn't bother you and you are a night owl, no problem. If noise is a problem, you might look for a quieter location. Our room was very nicely modern for a building from the 1640s! There is no elevator, so stairs are a must. Great shower in the completely up to date bathroom; comfortable bed; very good in-room coffee and espresso machine; and all was very clean. Nearby parking was reasonable and convenient.

Very quaint, European style hotel right in the middle of great restaurants & shops. Wonderful, helpful staff. Bar on the first floor where they don't just make drinks, they craft your beverage to make it special. The restaurant attached serves pub food but it was good. This hotel is directly across the street from The Frontenac. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff will help with your bags, but there is no elevator, so bring a small bag.

Had a great stay. Location is perfect, right in city centre. Staff are exceptional. Things to be aware. There are stairs and no elevator, not an issue for me but if you have mobility issues please consider this. The staff were very helpful with getting luggage to room. There is some street noise in the evening as it close to restaurant and the street entertainment. The parking is offsite, a short walk away about 20$ per day. We had a perfect stay and I have already recommended it to friends. A special thanks to Elaine at the front desk!

The staff was very helpful getting our luggage up the stairs since there wasn't an elevator. It was also very convenient to have an excellent restaurant downstairs. Very walkable for the old town experience and to hop on hop off buses.

Fabulously located charming hotel close to all the main sights. The room was clean and spacious, staff very friendly and area was quiet for a good night’s sleep! Felt safe a female solo traveller. Would also recommend the breakfast in the restaurant downstairs, good portion size and delicious.

Very unfit people should be aware that there’s no elevator so you’ll have to climb two flights of stairs if you’re on the top floor. Rooms look recently updated, very comfortable with good views. Excellent location right in the heart of the old town. No valet parking so you’ll hav to make your own way to the parking garage. It’s a five minute walk to the hotel so best to drop your bags at the hotel before parking.

The Hotel is located in a wonderful part of the city. We walked to most of the places we wanted to see.

Everything was perfect! We had a wonderful stay at L’Auberge du Trésor. The location is absolutely incredible, just below Château Frontenac and within walking distance of all the charm and history of Old Québec. The staff was welcoming, the room was comfortable, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay here again!

Le seul inconvénient à ´propos d'auberge est qu'il n'y a pas de stationnement sur place. Le stationnement de la SPAQ est tout près à pieds mais en auto c'est plus compliqué

Great location. If you don’t mind using stairs, you are at the best location in Old Quebec. Our family enjoyed this particular hotel.

Fantastic location, clean, quiet. Food at the restaurant downstairs was great, we ate breakfast there every morning. Highly recommended, we will stay here again next time.
