Very friendly and accommodating staff. Breakfast was a nice bonus.

Staff are really rude and very unpleasant like they're supposed to be as hospitality workers.You are supposed to have a smile on your face and a nice greeting when people come into a hotel.The workers did not on top of it.They tried charging us for stains that weren't even our stains on the towels and sheets

Overall, the hotel was clean, the breakfast was excellent, and the staff serving breakfast and cleaning our rooms were wonderful throughout our stay. However, we had a very disappointing experience on the evening of April 25. After a busy day and late dinner, the parents in our group gathered quietly in one of the rooms for tea. Shortly after, a front desk staff member approached us saying our group had been making excessive noise for over an hour and that there had been complaints against us. This was very surprising, as our group had only returned to the hotel about five minutes earlier. There were several teenage sports teams staying at the hotel, and there had been noise in the hallways earlier in the evening, which we assumed caused the confusion. We politely explained this, but later received calls to the room repeating the accusations and warning that we could be removed from the hotel if the noise did not stop. We were shocked and upset by the way the situation was handled. We quietly finished our tea and returned to our rooms, feeling unfairly accused and treated disrespectfully despite remaining calm and polite throughout the interaction. It’s unfortunate because the rest of our stay had been pleasant, but this experience left a very negative impression, and we would not return in the future.

Breakfast wasn’t great

The air conditioning doesnt work, paint fumes were overwhelming, crack heads all over

all the staff were great, parking waas no problem lots of space, breakfast was nice.

The parking did not feel safe, I did ask the desk staff where it was the safest to park and the response was “your kidding me right do you know where you are”.

Great perfect location and very clean

The staff are super sure friendly and kind. Always a nice place to stay and a good locations close to lots of amenities.

Still waiting for the extra blanket that I requested about three time, it was a place I had love to stay during Edmonton visit.

Kitchenette is perfect for if you’re here for work or want to stay a while. Feels like a tiny apartment

Great experience

When we arrived, the man at the front desk said that the room would be warm from the sun but it would cool down later on. When we got back after our evening out around 11pm, the temp was 26 degrees. We tried turning down the thermostat, and woke up numerous times in the night because it was so hot. When we checked out at 8:45 this morning, the lady said that the 4th floor has central heat and there was nothing that could be done about it. We weren’t rude and neither was she, but it felt like a “too bad so sad” response. We won’t be returning to the hotel.

Paper thin walls. Hear everything happening outside your room. Not much for consideration regarding room management.

Good for the last two days.
