Breakfast is at best mediocre. After many of us staying here for team sports, there any many rooms that have a super loud rumbling fan. There have been many complaints about this.

Amazing friendly and helpful staff

Upon check-in, the front desk staff mentioned there was a pipe burst on the forth floor. He said it was being repaired and wouldn't affect our room. We get to our room and there was no water. We called down but when they answered the phone they said they would call back in one minute. About 30 minutes later, they called back and said they turned off the water for the whole hotel. Completely understandable that repairs were needed but wish we would have been told up front rather than wondering how long the water would be off for and if we needed to find a new hotel. We left for the evening and the water was back on when we returned thankfully. Room was fine otherwise. Staff were friendly. Breakfast had hot eggs and fried ham as the two hot options. I was expecting a bit more because the reviews highlighted breakfast with lots of variety, but it was okay. Breakfast ends at 9:30. We skipped it the second day as we weren't fans. (and we never skip included hotel breakfast! Haha) There was plugins outside in the parking lot to plug in your car but majority were covered by snowbanks. The parking lot wasn't plowed. Location is convenient. Price is reasonable, but would try another hotel at this price point next time instead.

The room's fan had a squeal..the front desk moved us and then we find out that there is NO water in the whole hotel! Had a show to go to so we are crossing our fingers wwter is back on when we get back.
