Everyone was so kind and helpful. This is a cute hotel with a beautiful inner patio, for lounging. The room was large and comfortable, and all the amenities were very nice.

I have to say that having stayed at Coast hotels in the past, I was shocked to see this property as part of the Coast chain. The location was completely lacking in amenities, no walkability, parking lot was extremely small and in poor condition, really disappointing. The room was spacious but looked over a very run down property and garbage bin that was rustled through by people roaming in the laneway. the patio was unuseable as the astro turf was soaking wet and made the room floor wet and the chair supplied was covered in bird excrement. For the price paid, I would never be able to recommend this property to anyone.

This hotel is good. The rooms/staff are nice. But the lack of amenities and size of the hotel, I feel its not worth the price. Rooms being anywhere from $250 to over $300 a night, does not compare to hotels in the same price range in the area. A nice coffee machine doesn't substitute a nice complementary breakfast, pool, etc. I feel these rooms shouldnt be over $200 a night for what you get. This hotel feels more like an upscale motel than a 3 star hotel in my opinion.
