Great overall, the only two things we didn't love were the lack of parking. We barely had a real stall, but made it work. The other issue was the to go coffee lids were a pain in the but to fit the cups. They really don't fit well. Minor issue over all but was a little frustrating at the time. The great coffee made up for that though! ;) Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Had a great view of grouse mountain. A nice touch is a hand written letter from the general manager. Overall a great hotel! Check in was a breeze. Staff were super friendly. I like they offered us snacks on arrival and check out. Free of charge. It was a nice touch especially for my daughter! Thanks for the great stay! We would book again!

We were just in Vancouver for a family wedding. What a lovely stay. Staff were all Very friendly and helpful. The property is a cute , comfortable and very clean place. Rooms are clean , bright and cozy. Highly recommend staying here.

First time staying there. It was just for the night but I was pleasantly surprised. The amenities were great. They have complimentary coffee and give a few goodies when you check in. The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was clean and modern. Definitely happy to have stayed there during my stay. Will come again

Unexpected early arrival and got us into our room right away. Greatly appreciated after a long day of travel. Parked my e-bike in a secure back room. Our room was clean, well supplied and wonderful shower.

Lovely property nestled in the heart of the city. A patio oasis in the centre and cute coffee bar and lounge area were perfect for our team to connect during down time! Rooms were clean and spacious and the staff was amazing! We will stay again!

The room was clean and spacious. The coffee machine downstairs was great. The staff was nice and friendly. I was able to find parking each night that we stayed there, so no complaints there. The only complaint I'd have is that it's next to quite a busy street (Boundary Rd), so be prepared for traffic noise. We were visiting family in Burnaby so the location was pretty convenient.
