The staff were great, friendly and helpful. They allowed us to leave our bags early so we could explore the city, and allowed us to leave an hour later in the morning to accommodate later flights. The breakfast was good, plenty of variety for a continental breakfast. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

Elevator was out of service so had to carry up luggage, hallway was very hot . Wanted to eat in hotel restaurant but it was closed when we went down. That should be posted on site that restaurant is closed Mondays. I also think because I booked with Expedia and got a good rate we were put in the old part of the hotel, didn’t see anyone else on old side.

The hotel itself was a bit dated but still very clean and well taken care of.
The pool had the perfect temperature, the hot tub was warm and it was a large well lit space.
The only disappointment was the elevator to our first floor room was not working. It seems to be a separate elevator for the other few floors. It was definitely challenging to haul our luggages up the large flight of stairs.
The room was clean and spacious as we booked a double bedroom suite. We appreciated the use of an additional sink, larger mini fridge and microwave.
The check in staff were very welcoming and accommodating.
There was additional parking on a lower level and accessible through the ground floor.
The continental breakfast was great and there was a good selection to choose from.

The toilet in the room wouldn’t stop running and they didn’t have a part to fix it. I had a king bed room and was told I could stay but I would have to fix the toilet every time I used it, they offered me another room with double beds and when I asked if it would be a discounted I was told no it would be the same rate. Then my room key wouldn’t work every day I had to get them to reprogram it. The third level smelled of mildew overall a terrible stay.
