Terrible location..lock your vehicle doors.. no wifi.. no breakfast.. staff was no help

It would have been helpful to have a microwave in the room.

Overall good. Missed making bed one day, forgot to leave soap in bathroom one day but good otherwise. Breakfast was very good. Breakfast staff excellent and helpful. Refilled empty items quickly. Check in and check out staff excellent.

Terrible! Spend the extra money and stay somewhere else. No parking, loud kids, bad area, walls are like paper so very noisy. Pool never work, street people going parade, garbage dumped everywhere. Stay away

Place was clean , Parking a little tight if you arrive to hotel late .(9.00pm or later) Breakfast staff is good but needs more helpers to keep up with the dishes and food .

The room layout was nice. The carpets were barely vacuumed, the shower screamed as you used it, and there was very visible wear and tear. We had to clean the toilet seat of toothpaste spit on arrival which was disappointing.

The bathroom was outdated the windows was dark the TV system was complicated not too much choices. Overall was ok.

The staff were unhelpful and made us feel like we were disturbing them. Waiter at the front desk for 2-3 minutes while the 2 staff behind the counter chatted with each other. No other customers standing there. Rooms very dated and smelled old.

The staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful, and the space was great. However, they could benefit from having one more person working in the kitchen to better accommodate the number of guests during breakfast hours. They should also consider offering more food options for guests who do not eat pork or bacon, as well as for vegetarians. The hotel could use a few upgrades, but overall it was clean and provided great service.

The staff was wonderful and the hotel is very clean. Having an open restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner would have been nice.

For the price we paid the hotel is getting pretty dated and could use some upgrades. Bathrooms. Very old. Showers don’t stay at desired temperature and have to watch closely or you can get burnt. Staff is friendly

The room was clean. The toilet broke the next morning but we could flush manually by reaching into the tank. Things were a bit dated but clean enough and has had some upkeep. Some other things seemed old and dated or not maintained well like the toilet and AC unit was a little rough. Otherwise it was a more affordable option for downtown Calgary. The hot breakfast was good but super busy so it was hard for them to keep up with the dishes.
