We love the Waterloo Delta. It’s right in uptown Waterloo, walking distance to the universities. The room is great, the restaurant/bar great, and the pool/hottub/fitness facilities are nice. Staff are great, everything was well managed.

My Stay at the Delta Hotel in Waterloo
I had a fabulous one-night stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect. I highly recommend this hotel. Awesome experience. Excellent accommodated washroom facility. I would stay again any time. Kudoos to the super staff especially at the Proof Restaurant.

Room was not cleaned properly and some staff not trusting thought we planted the mess. Bed sheets did not smell fresh and one shower fell off when using it.

Booked on Expedia app, the stay was good but was told by staff breakfast was free then ended up paying a big amount for breakfast from hotels restaurant. I was not given a voucher for breakfast and did not know this was needed to receive the complementary breakfast. Also was told at check out it was not included with my stay so that whole situation was confusing.

Rooms were very nice, location excellent. Staff was very helpful and polite. Robes were nice and fluffy! lol Only thing that needs improvement was the cleanliness of the pool area. There was hair and debris on the areas around the pool. Definitely wouldn’t recommend using the hot tub. While the smell of chlorine was strong in the pool there was foam floating in the hot tub.
