The room was very clean; the pool,sauna and hot tub were very much appreciated and enjoyed!! Having access room service was also a nice treat during our stay. Loved the location; staff were all very courteous and helpful.

It was a little pricy but worth it. The bed was soft and the shower was divine. The hotel is centrally located and the staff and friendly. They have a breakfast to your bedroom order card which I really liked. It was tasty and a nice wake up call in the morning. I also like the smart tv. You can easily attach your own devices so you can watch your favourite shows like at home.

The hot tube was a bacteria filled mess. With germ bubbles all over accompanied by a foil odour. I got muscle tightness issues the hot tube was the major factor in choosing this hotel which was a filthy mess. It’s irresponsible for the hotel to not have maintenance staff available on weekends to clean the hot tube. I tried to contact the GM of the hotel she ignored my request to contact me. She should be embarrassed and have to explain what occurred to her superiors.

I would rate this hotel **three stars at best**. The room was in **very poor condition** and clearly outdated. The carpet looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed, which immediately gave a bad impression. The **only positive experience** was dinner at the restaurant *Proof*, which was genuinely good. The **hot tub** has a button to turn the jets on, but there is **no signage explaining the delay** before they start. You end up standing there repeatedly pressing the button, thinking it’s broken. We ordered **breakfast through room service**, but it never arrived. Staff said they thought the order was for room **507 instead of 501**, even though the room number was **written by hotel staff themselves** on the order card in the room. When we called the front desk, the **female staff member was very rude** and acted as though it was our fault. The only compensation offered was **free parking**, which frankly shouldn’t be charged in the first place and should be included in the room rate. Overall, the **room was far too expensive for what was offered** and absolutely **not worth the price**. I would not stay here again.

construction and unmarked in/out/parking garage/etc. was frustrating. I asked the Breakfast room service worker to please leave the food tray in the hall because my hands were full. They kept knocking and saying excuse me. I kept saying to please leave it because I can't come to the door. They knocked and said 'excuse me' for 5min before leaving. When I went to get our tray from the hall, I found the person had taken the food with them. I had to call down and they resent it. However, it was frustrating and made us late. The bar server messed up my (very simple) drink order and it took 12min to make the wrong drink. The Bartender complained to his colleague that he was disappointed another cocktail order was taken because he was hoping they'd be done - it was 930pm on Friday evening, closing was at 11pm. No cutlery with The takeout food from the restaurant. In the room, the bathroom door had feces smeared on it. The light switches and high-touch surfaces were clearly dirty. The T.V. in the room was not connected to the internet, and when the man came to fix it, he said that I had connected it wrong - this is an example of the poor command of the English language among the hotel staff - he must have been trying to say that it wasn't connected correctly as opposed to saying that I had done something wrong to create the problem. There was a sustained high pitched beeping for 25min in the middle of the night that woke us up.

The toilet paper holder fell off the wall as if it had been just placed on holding the toilet paper roll. Not a deal breaker but hotels are expensive and this is reputable chain - not what I would expect. Our room was beside the garbage bins/loading dock and we were woken up early Saturday morning to the sound of the recycling truck dumping glass bottles.

No major issues but a few minor ones. The office chair in our room was worn around the top and edges looking very shabby. The shower took quite a while to heat up and then would get scalding hot. The dresser drawers were out of alignment and the bottom drawer could not be closed without lifting up the top drawer. My partner said the room was not thoroughly clean upon arrival. It took a while on Saturday before the driveway and ramp were cleared of snow. None of these issues were major, thought the driveway could have been, but things that should be addressed.
