One of the cleanest hotels my boyfriend and I have stayed in. We were overly pleased from the time we checked in. Very clean and beautiful exterior/interior.
We stayed in the King suite and it had a wonderful view overlooking the city and we could see the Niagara river as well as the American falls. Our room was very clean and although we do not like carpet you can tell it was fairly new and cleaned thoroughly.
My boyfriend enjoyed a beautiful massage at the Aveda spa and I enjoyed some time at the clean, well maintained hot tub and pool in the lower level.
Checking in and out was hassle free and simple. Certainly enjoyed the warm complimentary cookie. We enjoyed a meal at a local restaurant but the hotel has a restaurant and Starbucks inside, making dining options easy and accessible.
We certainly will book again, not a single worry or complaint. Highly recommend!!

The heat was very high and the room was very stuffy and triggered my sinuses and I to turn off the heat and open the window vents and has to get a fan from the front desk just to keep some type of cool air flow .... Other than that ..it was a great hotel wit all the amenities u could ask for!!! Will stay again in the future

We loved our stay. Room was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable. It was appropriately quiet! We suggest keeping the ice machines operable and working. Also, the spots by the front door could be designated for mobility! Loved it and we keep returning!
