Skytrain and Canada Line is walking distance from our hotel which is very convenient and took us around Vancouver and Richmond city centers. Staff helpful and courteous, price affordable for a nice hotel :) Complimentary shuttle service for airport pickup was very quick and reliable. My son and I's very first travel to British Columbia, Canada and we felt happily impressed :)

Well maintained property. Very close to the airport but you still have great access to Richmond. Pool still being out of order isn't great. It's been a while.

Room had an odour went away after a while. Sheets were heavily bleached and left skin very itchy. No coffee shop close by open before 9am

The room lacked a basic amenity—an oven or microwave—which made it quite inconvenient, especially with a small child. Every time I needed to warm milk for my daughter, I had to go all the way to the crew lounge or the reception area. Additionally, access to the building from the parking lot was frustrating. Although there were doors nearby, they were not accessible, forcing guests to walk around the entire building to enter through the main entrance.

The staff were friendly. The room was dirty. There was dried blood on the walls, the windows and walls were greasy and grimey. Most of the outlets did not work.

The corridors seemed very old and unclean. The room had too much freshener sprayed in. The television didn’t work either and no one came to look at it even after we complained.

The staff I interacted with was really kind and lovely. The shuttle was helpful, though it’s not available early morning, so I still had to uber for an early flight.
My room was showing some signs of aging. The wallpaper was peeling off, the light fixtures coming out of the ceiling, and was heavily scented.

The front desk staff is helpful, friendly and responsive. The facility is divided into 2 sections with only 2 entrances, it could be a walk. The price was very attractive prior to Easter Weekend. I would recommend people to choose both their locations near North Road and Richmond airport.

The kitchen suite didnt have afrying pan, which seemed weird. Layout if the Jr. Suite was srange too. Wouldn't choose this jr suite again.
