Don’t waste your money. I reserved a room with 2 twin beds. Fell asleep at 9pm and had a surgery at 530am. Was woken up by other person with me to water coming from roof right onto the bed. Went to front desk and advised them. They informed me they were all booked up with no other rooms, so at 12am I was left to find other accommodations. No help from staff at all. All they told me was they couldn’t offer anything besides discount on room(couldn’t stay because water dripping from roof) or that they could offer towels to place on bed. The building is old, and could tell from walls and bottom of doors that there were floods in roof before, also could see the horrible patch jobs in roof from other repairs. Also 2 staff members were talking about how they already knew from cleaning staff about the leak in roof and rented it out to me anyways. Very unprofessional and was like a 1*….2* at best. I was recommended the place by my surgeon’s office. I will be advising them to never recommend the place to anyone again.

My recent stay at this property was highly disappointing due to a Room Quality & Noise Issues: The receptionist assigned us a room located directly behind the elevator shaft, resulting in extremely poor soundproofing. Whenever someone used the elevator, the mechanical noise and vibrations were directly transmitted into the room, making it difficult to fall asleep and causing me to be woken up multiple times throughout the night. The front desk staff did not consider this issue when assigning the room, severely impacting the quality of my stay. I do not recommend this particular room type for light sleepers. Parking & Value: Furthermore, I was disappointed to find that parking—which was previously included in. And, now a separate $15/day charge rather than being included. With the 29% regional parking tax and GST, the actual cost is over $20 per day. Overall Experience: When combined with the sleep disruption from the elevator noise, the overall value of this stay was very poor."

Odd bathroom design, sunk in tub. Two tvs would have been appreciated. Clean but dated. Online pictures did not show the older building, just the towers. Good location & convenient shuttle.

Wasn’t stocked very well, 2 coffee pods for 2 people for 2 days. Large sliding window on ground floor didn’t lock. Heater had no adjustment it was either on or off. Had to pay extra to park.

Staff is kind, all the amenities are comfortable. This is our second stay and we will be back. Rooms are clean and the crew is happy to accommodate. Thanks.

There were soo many things that went wrong! - poor customer service - no water, when we asked for water they said we have to pay and also pick it up if asked 2nd time. - no toothbrush or paste, have to ask for it - no airport shuttle after 10pm - very poor quality towels - has to pay for parking also Worst hotel experience ever!! Has to pay for every thing that should come as complimentary!!

Stayed in the second building the room was just ok but both the room and hallway had odd smells.

in the room the floors were rough, obviously there had been a flood and they weren't replaced as the laminate had broken down. Courtyard view was actually a parking lot view, the bed had only 3 pillows with no additional ones in the closet, a mini bar that would wake you up everytime it cycled, and the biggest upset was being advised that there was no free parking. When I questioned why I wasn't advised of this I was told it is on the website. Other hotels that have this policy have advised me after booking at the very least especially with no street parking available in the area.
