Seemed great when we checked in. When we came back to the room for the night they had no power. There was no communication whatsoever. No one made sure we were comfortable. I tried to call the front desk from the room phone as well as my cell phone and it wouldn’t go through. I woke around 5:30am and still no power. It finally came back on just after 6am. We would have thought someone would come communicate with us on protocols or to ensure we were ok. No refund offered.

This is likely a scam. The hotel called me on the day I was supposed to check in and claimed they had to cancel my reservation due to overbooking caused by a technical issue. They promised a refund over the phone, but I never received it. Hotels.com couldn't help because they require the hotel's approval to process a refund — and the hotel has since become unreachable. A very frustrating experience. I strongly advise against booking this property. It should be removed from the search list.
