Property was very clean and quiet. Excellent customer service and the room was very clean as well. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

We stayed after my eye surgery. The girls were very nice and got us in earlier than our reservation. It was clean and quiet and just what I needed

The room was good, a bit worn however the bed was very comfortable and in all my years this was one of the quietest rooms we have ever stayed in! The staff was very good, housekeeping could pay a bit better attention to details. Our in room safe was broken and something was wrong with the colour on the tv. Everything was tinted blue and there were no options on the remote to correct the settings. The desk and restaurant staff were wonderful, very attentive and friendly. Our breakfast both days was delicious! Served quickly and hot. We will definitely stay here again when visiting family in the area.

The property uses some sort of air deoderizer that is so strong when you enter the hotel that its a little nauseating. We thought it was someone with a lot of perfume, however it was still present hpurs later. Just a caution to someone who is sensitive to smells, as this one is extremely strong.

Room was clean besides finding reading glasses by the bed. Pool is small but warm and clean. Would stay again

Room thermostat not working upon check in. spoke with front desk said will try to get maintenance to come waited 15 minutes no one came. Went downstairs was advised no maintenance person.

No breakfast.

We understand that the sheets don't need to be clean every day. But we feel they could still make our beds and freshen up towels.

The staff were friendly, and polite. However the hotel is decorated pretty outdated.

Hockey Tournament patrons monopolized all amenities. Unable to regulate temperature in room. Outside of that it is a great hotel and the staff are very professional.
