Always a great option for the area

Very nice clean property, free parking. Staff were very nice, the food in the restaurant was very good. Beds were comfortable and nice linen. I recommend this hotel.

Most of the Marriott affiliated hotels we have been to are bed and breakfast but this one wasn’t. The rooms are not cleaned every day.

The room were very clean

I’ll avoid this the next time I book. The convenience of the location is quickly overwhelmed by the problems. Thin walls allowing TV noise to pass through, noisy guests playing in hallways passed 22:30, the shower head was extremely loud, the lobby decor was awkward and crowded the walking space, the pool was left unattended and dirty between 10:00-23:30 ( towels and other leftovers) I walked past multiple times with no change. The gym was often dirty as well.

Rooms were old. Pillows flat.

Bathroom was not properly cleaned missing Shampoo restaurant was not open when it was supposed to be

I will not stay at this hotel again. There was loud partying in the lobby. In my room children ran up & down hallways knocking on doors. Breakfast buffet was cold & run out of some items. Staff were pleasant but it was too loud for me & seemed a bit of a party place

Booked for three nights and paid in advance. Power went out on second evening. Hotel couldn’t say for how long. So had to go to another hotel but Sheraton did not give me my money back for those two nights. Said they would call but never did. Last time for a Sheraton.

Tv not working properly and asked the reception for help and it took them a day to come see what was wrong with the television. Poor customer service.

Was wonderful, staff were friendly

Sheets were not clean upon check in. We found hair on them and they were extremely wrinkled.

As always this property is outstanding staff is excellent facilities are safe and clean and I will only stay here when in Hamilton

The ice cooler tongs were dirty and should’ve had two bottles of water and one was opened and used. Otherwise the stay was fabulous staff were helpful and quick check in
