The woman that checked me in was excellent. She spoke fluent English and was patient while i tried to speak French. Check in was fast and she even gave me directions to the local mall. Excellent service!

The entrance was rather spooky because of renovations. It will be nice one day. The back door was not locked at night. The man who checked us in was not nice at all. Rather rude. The girls at the front desk were excellent. With that said, the room was very nice, very clean. We did ask for a first floor room, but the rude man put us on the 4th floor way in the back of the hotel. That was inconvenient for us. The breakfast was EXCELLENT. The servers were very nice, especially the chef. The room was inconvenient, but with all the good qualities, our stay was VERY nice.

The room was well laid out for our family of five but when we went to open the sofa bed late in the evening there were no pillows or sheets for it. We did find a blanket.
The breakfast was wonderful. Tasty and varied with lots of staff to replenish.

Kids running and shouting in the hallway until 11:00 pm.

Clean and peaceful, in good condition, a very good place for either short or longer term stays. I would definitely book again if in need.
The entrance was affected by some renovation, making it a bit inconvenient to get to the car, while wind and snowy.. The breakfast was fine, less some scrambled eggs made out of powder and the wooden utensils which were sort of annoying.

Nous sommes revenus de voyage a 1 am, nous avions booker notre hotel des semaines d’avances(2chambre avec 2 lits queen et sofa bed). Nous étions 6 adultes, 1 ado, 1 enfant et 1 bebe.
Il a dit que nos 3 cartes de crédit étaient refusées. On lui a dit impossible on vient de s’en servir. Il maintient que c’est nous le problème et refuse de nous check in..
on lui a proposé d’acheter de la nourriture et montrer que nos cartes fonctionnent et il a refuser.
Nous avons été, au microhotel à coté sur l’autre coté de l’autoroute, nos 3 cartes ont fonctionné pour se prendre une hotel.
