Breakfast was excellent. Room spacious and well maintained. Would recommend more lighting.

Overall experience is great at this place. All the amenities, room, breakfast, swimming pool and gym and rest everything are in great condition.

They had breakfast included and had a lovely selection available. Being vegetarian, I asked staff if they had a meatless egg option. A staff member informed me that they could make me "something special in about 12 mins". Unfortunately, I waited over 30 mins to no avail and left.

There was a hockey group staying at the hotel, and unfortunately both the parents and kids regularly left a mess that your staff had to clean up. I’m not sure why this was allowed to continue. Customer service at the front desk was average. The older gentleman who checked us in came across as a bit standoffish. I asked about a late checkout, and he said it wasn’t possible because a large group was arriving Sunday—even though we weren’t leaving until Monday. When I pointed that out, he still refused without giving a clear reason. However, when we asked again on Monday morning, the staff member on duty had no issue accommodating us. When we arrived, some of the hockey group parents were drinking in the lobby and being quite loud. Another guest even complained. The same gentleman at the front desk eventually went over and told them they couldn’t drink there, but they said they had already been doing so for three hours. It seemed like the staff weren’t paying close attention. Additionally, the garbage bins at breakfast were full, and the food was cold and dried out.

Breakfast left much to be desired. The staff were pleasant, helpful and met all expectations.

The room was clean and well kept. The breakfast was nice and had good variety. The hotel is next to the highway so is very accessible. The staff was very friendly and they cared about our well being. They recommended different places to go to.

Kids sports teams made it quite noisy at times.

Good for family

This is a warning for anyone who has a newer model of a hybrid SUV. Please be sure to bring your own secure boot for your car or look for a hotel with an underground or gated parking. During the check in, the Hampton Inn hotel staff notified us that the car we have is the kind of cars that are being stolen from their parking lot. They gave us a flimsy plastic boot to place on the car tire. Even though it was late at night and we were exhausted after driving for 8 hours, my son and I felt very uneasy and decided to leave after staying in our room for just 30 minutes. The hotel staff said that it did not happen for a few months, but we read on Google reviews that a hybrid SUV was stolen just two weeks ago! We came for a memorial service for the family friend and did not want to wake up in the morning to find out that our car was stolen as it happened to the other guests. We ended up calling nearby hotels and drove to Sheraton in the middle of the night in the pouring rain because it had a secured gated parking. Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Montreal-Dorval Hotel refused to give us any refund because we stayed in our room for 30 minutes and therefore, “the room was used”, so we ended up paying twice for the same two nights because we felt unsafe and had to scramble to find another hotel.

We loved our room, it was big enough and most importantly it was clean and well maintained. I loved how they already have some shampoo, etc which most hotels doesn't even provide anymore. Breakfast was okay, but I really hope they would have more variety. Overall, my experience was amazing.

Great staffs and clear communication. This relieved our pressure of visiting a new place right away. Great breakfast with number of options Highly recommended. If a small kids playarea can be setup in the property, that would be really helpful.

Dear future visitor do not stay here if you want to enjoy the TV while beautful 52 inches its is usless brick you can nto stream your own thumb drive or tablet or cpu they disable that feature, you also will not find a channel guild to the few terrible choice randomly offered from 1980 version of tv programs mostly public access nor any decent pay preview option as it been disable. there be no welcome letetr explain this or the other ways to adjust room temprature so pack and extra parka as room is freezing cold took me 6 hours to get it to 12 c... also the couch is dirty bring your own spread sheet to cover .. and forget about toilet paper either they leave you about enough for two people, so the only option you have is the salt pool.. make sure you book a late flight as the buffet is not open early ...

Pool, gym and room were great. Hotel location was great location to get to different parts of Montreal
