The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful on arrival and throughout our stay. Amenities within the room were very good but everything was older and slightly worn. Rooms were spacious with 2 queen beds and a separate room with a couch and tv. The ac was cold and not too noisy but it was in the sitting room. Bathroom could have used a cleaning especially the grout lines. It was great having off street parking while there. Overall would recommend

This hotel is in a convenient location with a friendly and helpful bilingual staff. The beds and pillows are very comfortable and the kitchen is set up for basic stove top cooking which helps for long stays. We were on an upper floor that was also very quiet. In the two bedroom suite there is no a/c in the main bedroom, which made it very hot during our July stay. The metro is great for navigating the city and it is a short walk. Be aware that there is a considerable homeless population on many of the streets around the hotel, with an obvious drug problem like most Canadian cities. We often stepped over people sleeping in the doorways or on sidewalks, and saw drug paraphernalia and a lot of garbage. As emergency workers in another city we are used to seeing this at work, but families with younger children please take note.

We stayed for a week and the hotel was great for what we needed. The full kitchen and free laundry were so very helpful when you have 2 kids in a week. The staff were kind and helpful, and didn’t mind my very broken French. The location is close to a lot of things and easy to get to the metro. 100% recommend if you’re like us and prefer to park and not see your car while you’re on vacation.

We stayed for 2 weeks and had a wonderful experience.The two bedroom apartment was quite spacious and clean with great views of the city and the staff was very responsive and friendly. Location is great, close to old Montreal and old port as well as jazz fest. We'll definitely stay here again! Parking is about $CAD40 a night with taxes.

Excellent location: only a five minute walk to four different subway (Metro) stations. Also only five minute walk to Place des Arts, and an IGA grocery store. Underground parking is very easy to access, very easy to drive and park, very brightly lit, very clean and secure. The daily parking fee is standard for urban city parking. If you have a room facing north, you can see Mont Royal, and it is quieter because it faces away from the street. The CHUM (Centre Hospitalier University de Montreal) is a very busy major hospital just 200 metres from the hotel. The staff are very friendly, fluently bilingual, and very helpful. On site washing machines look brand new ! The room's stove and fridge and microwave and dishwasher also looked brand new. The double mattresses were very comfortable (firm support) and the bedding was very clean. The in room air conditioning was very helpful for the one room, but the cool air didn't reach the other room as effectively. You are able to set the temperature and fan speeds to your own preference and comfort. Highly recommended hotel ! Merci beaucoup !
