Room was very comfortable, spacious and had a full kitchen. Location was great and close to metro stations and old Montreal. Staff was very friendly. The rooms do need some updating.

While the staff we interacted with was pleasant and helpful, I would skip this property. We've stayed at a number of similar places (bedroom suites with kitchens) in Montreal and will not return here. The facilities are very worn, like the bathroom door won't close because the insulation within it is falling out the bottom, and the kitchen was very poorly equipped.

We had a 2 bedroom suite and it was very generous in size. It had all the elements needed. The staff were friendly, and the rooms seemed clean. It's a challenge to have that "fresh" appearance in older, well used buildings. We were looking for a cost effective way to stay as a family downtown, and this met our needs.

For a family of four, this was the best option for the area. The location makes for an easy walk to many popular spots, and finding places to eat was easy. Parking was not a problem, we never had to search hard for a spot. The rooms are large enough. We had the suite with the sofa bed in a separate room with a door. The problem with that is the only AC in the room is in that space, leaving the rest of the room to suffer in the heat. The beds were comfortable enough, we all slept fairly well despite the heat. The full kitchen was very useful for staying in when it was rainy, and everything worked fine. The bathroom was decent, but we had to use the provided hangers for our towels and leave them in the closet to dry since there aren’t many places to hang them otherwise. Security was another plus, as keys are required to use the elevator to go anywhere but the lobby, and are required for entry from the street. The is a concession area of the lobby, and small kitchen appliances available to “borrow” if you need them. (I didn’t use one so not sure if a deposit or any charge is involved.) I think if the owners would put some money back into refurbishing the hotel it could easily be a high-demand destination. Still, if we were to go back to Montreal we would certainly consider staying there again, although we might upgrade to the two bedroom suite to allow for more space. **Please note that added photos were edited to remove a family member and suitcase from the shot**

Stayed here for three nights, location was good, bed was clean, floor Of the closet not so. Seemed Like an older place, suite was dated, I had to put the towel rack back on the wall a couple Of times; the shower/bath water pull needed an extreme pull to do the switch; dogs barking in the opposite suite. However, staff were great, very helpful. Not sure I would stay here again at the price they charge

The location of this hotel is walking distance to many attractions and restaurants which is benefical in downtown Montreal as getting around in a car is brutal. The underground parking was also a huge benefit. We got a 2 bedroom unit that was huge and it worked out well for us as we had our 2 adult children with us. Everything in the unit was old and worn (except the beds were very comfortable). The carpets were old and there was either a stain or burn mark in the living room carpet. All the counters in the kitchen and bathroom were formica with the color worn away in areas and the sink in the bathroom was cracked. The bathtub felt like it was sunken in the middle which made taking a shower uncomfortable. The outside of the building and the lobby all appeared to be well maintained. For this reason, I'm guessing our unit was just recently acquired? I noticed that there were also some condos in the buiding so I'm guessing that this was a former condo unit that just hasn't been updated yet?
