Belle expérience dans cette propriété patrimoine ! Excellent confort, vue sur le fleuve et restauration. Salle d'entrainement correcte. Staff masculin à la réception très sympathiques, mais la fille à la réception du jeudi-vendredi était bête, pas de sourire mais plutôt des soupirs... ne semble pas apprécier son travail, alors qu'on arrive de bonheur avec nos valises pour notre séjour...

The place was very nice and very comfy. It is very quiet and decoration is amazing ! However, the bathroom is a little bit small for me, I am a big tall guy but the rest is very nice ! This hotel has been recommended to me and I recommend it also

Chambre avec plancher flottant - pas de tapis. Meubles d'origine. Matelas très confortable. Très propre. Par un hasard inexplicable nous avons eu la même chambre qu'il y a 23 ans. La journée de notre mariage...

L’accueil a été décevant : la réceptionniste avait une attitude condescendante, comme si elle voulait se débarrasser de moi. Aucun sourire, et le service semblait un peu expédié.
Cela dit, la chambre était vraiment belle. Petit bémol : il y avait déjà des déchets dans la poubelle à mon arrivée. Mis à part ça, l’ensemble était très bien.

On avait hâte de pouvoir retourner au Manoir en motoneige.
C’était bien et propre, on décide d’aller prendre une consommation au bar, la gérante était très sympathique , (on lui avait demandé avant si ça dérangeait )
Tout à coup un genre de p’tit criss de boss viens lui dire ; tu ferme ça maintenant nos verre était presque plein
C’était la dernière fois que j’apportais des gens au manoir

This classic hotel is definitely starting to show its age but the location and view is why we come back. Disappointed that the EV charging has been removed as they are expanding the hotel.
