Très bel hôtel magnifiquement situé face au fleuve Saint-Laurent. Le personnel de l'hôtel et du restaurant est très sympathique. Notre chambre avec vue sur le fleuve était très propre et moderne. Nous avons pris un apéro sur la terrasse surplombant le fleuve et ensuite nous avons soupé dans le chapiteau et la nourriture est excellente avec un excellent service. Nous y retournerons bientôt c'est certain!

Satisfaite de mon séjour de 2 jours. Le personnel de l'hôtel était très aimable. Au restaurant la nourriture était excellente mais le prix est dispendieux à mon avis. Nous avons passé un beau séjour.

Le lit était confortable La terrasse était fermée en pm à 14 h. Pas de possibilité de prendre une bière. À 16 h, nous y sommes allés et la musique était très forte et horrible. Musique de jeunes, genre du rap. Mauvais service, 30 minutes pour recevoir notre apéro pas bon. Le frigo ne fonctionnait pas, alors au matin j’ai perdu toute ma nourriture dont du homard. Je me suis plain avant de partir et n’ont rien fait pour moi à part m’offrir un déjeuner. J’ai quitté pour aller manger ailleurs. Je voulais juste m’en aller de l’à… je n’y retournerai pas même si la terrasse est très bien

Overall, very nice place. Truth be told: 6 out of 10. Beautiful location in a "New France" era style hotel...quite the vibe. That said, the primary purpose of a hotel is a place to sleep. The mattress I had in my room had a valley that my body sunk into from wear and tear...and the feel of the springs were inescapable. My girlfriend and I wanted ot have a drink on their gorgeous ocean view deck, and we were told we had to reserve; looking out the window, we saw empty bar table closed off? (i.e., cushions removed from chairs). I'm not trying to be petty hear, rather, I simply want this beautiful hotel to rise up to their reputation.
