Great staff & clean room, but…. The hotel needs a major upgrade. The pool area is dark & gloomy. The pool & hot tub are highly chlorinated & it stings your eyes & burns your skin. The double room is excessively small. No where to put a suitcase, hard to walk around the room, it creaks above and below you from other rooms, there is no mini fridge or a TV. We def wouldn’t stay in that room again. The laundry detergent they use is also very harsh on your skin. Overall not a great “hotel” experience, but no fault to the staff. They were lovely, kind & super helpful.

I really love this hotel.I ve been there in summer for my biking trp in the mountains and for winter for my ski trip. Lake louise slope is about 5mins away very convenience and also it is at a walking distance to the little mall in the Lake louise village. Coming back to the hotel itself, the swimming pool and hot tub very good and they also have a full gym.

Super convenient for skiing with a shuttle stopping by every half hour. They don't ice the sloping path to it, though. Genuinely dangerous. Great facilities - but crowded in the hours after the ski slope closes. The pizza/pasta place is excellent but weirdly closed on Sunday nights. They don't have enough parking, full stop. Bottom line: this is your best option for balancing affordable lodging and ski proximity. Just don't break a leg walking down to the shuttle carrying your skis.

Very disappointing. My room looked nothing like the picture on the hotel website, far from it. Very small room, dark, old and in need of repair and updating. So dark I had to bring in a camping light from my truck to see anything. To make matters worse the roll down and up shade on the one window fell off the wall so I either had an uncovered window or the black out curtains. The couple outlets are so worn and loose your electric plug will not stay in the outlet. Bed was OK but the mattress was also pretty old and needed changing.

Positives: 10 minutes to Lake Louise Ski Resort, Timberwolf Pizza was incredible Ski Tuning room was nicely set up with tubing vices, Pool was great. Negatives: Standard room does not have a fridge or microwave. I can live without a microwave but a frodge is very important to me. Numerous other guests had their milk sitting outside of their rooms to keep cool. Had we known there would be no fridge, we would have brought a cooler (instead of a cooler bag that we filled with ice and set in the bathtub). If I stay there again, I will spring for a suite.

What a GREAT spot! We stayed at the start of our trip and liked it so much we spayed again on the way back. Our first stay we had a great room in the main building, our second we had a smaller room in an outside building, though still easy to access the main building. While the front desk at check in the first time was efficient they weren't all together "warm" - second check in though was so nice and welcoming. Jordan (in the main dining area) was AWESOME, friendly and helpful! Carlos at the front desk was also really kind, attentive and helpful! We hope to make it back and will absolutely stay again!
