What a GREAT spot! We stayed at the start of our trip and liked it so much we spayed again on the way back. Our first stay we had a great room in the main building, our second we had a smaller room in an outside building, though still easy to access the main building. While the front desk at check in the first time was efficient they weren't all together "warm" - second check in though was so nice and welcoming. Jordan (in the main dining area) was AWESOME, friendly and helpful! Carlos at the front desk was also really kind, attentive and helpful! We hope to make it back and will absolutely stay again!
The shuttle to ski was CLUTCH - traffic was nutty.

The room is not spacious for a family of four. The beds are standard size, small for two adults/ teens. Interior and equipments are old. The only advantage is the location and mini golf is fun for kids. The price isn’t really worth it. If you plan to visit Moraine lake or Louise Lake, you can consider staying in Jasper for more better choices.

Got there on the first night and was unimpressed with our room, they were kind enough to provide us with a free upgrade staff was very accommodating and even helped us bring in our luggage. Clean and nice hotel. Pool hot tub area is a bit overly busy but that can be expected at a larger hotel in peak season. Overall very happy with the stay

Rugs were disgusting! Rooms were extremely small. There was no mini fridge in the room. When booking we asked if they had steps we had to go up. They said no. No stairs. But there is stairs. And there is no elevator.

The inn is super convenient for skiers, with a free bus running regularly to Lake Louise Ski Area, two hot tubs — although they are small and always crowded — and a ski locker on the ground floor. Our room was decent, a little shabby but clean. Noise was a little bit of a factor. The staff was friendly and helpful and the food at the three restaurants was excellent, including the breakfast that included à la carte choices (not free). We would definitely return.

I went with a few other groups and the room we got was really run down. The food options are very limited and those options are expensive but poor quality. Breakfast buffet was what you get at a free continental but not free.

Room was facing the ski resort, small and no fridge in the standard room, but manageable. It was quiet. It had great food and drinks. Alittle pricey. It is a popular place. Ski shuttle was super handy.
