Good location and condition. Friendly staff and the restaurants are perfect.

We stayed in a room with an amazing view of the lake. Given the price, it is a bit small.

Resort was great, free bike rental, very fun pool amenities, great breakfast options. The room was a bit small and the only window was right on the indoor pool, not a real problem, just ackward.

So close to the attraction spots

Obviously, the hotel is close to Lake Louise. That said, you still need to take a shuttle to get to Lake Louise and the staff at the hotel were surprisingly not at all interested in helping us figure out how to get there. (We ended up using the company that leaves from their parking lot, but not because the Inn's staff helped us to that conclusion). Also, the room was small and stuff. There was no air conditioning and the window didn't open. Given that you have to drive, it would be much better to stay another 15 minutes away in Field (or 45 minutes away in Golden) and save $200 per night.

On site coin laundry was a big help. The restaurants ‘Legend’ and the pizza place upstairs served great meals - however be prepared for a long wait for the meals to be served. The rooms are extremely expensive- fueled by demand - rooms were dingy and dated, not worth a tenth of the asking price. I wouldn’t stay here again at these prices!!

The room we stayed in was very dated and not particularly clean. There was no air conditioning which we knew about, and a fan was provided but the window only opened a tiny amount and the room became unbearably hot. The resort was noisy, and other guests were playing loud music at 6.45am. Our room had a queen bed and a sofa bed, and when the sofa bed was put out there was no room to even walk around the bed, and it was difficult to open the door. It was not a suitable size room for more than two guests. It was also extremely expensive for the quality of room and facilities provided.

I would give more stars but for the room. The grounds and the ‘front of the house’ were pristine. (lobby & pool were fine, restaurant was OK. The room was out dated, and SO small. The biggest issue was lack of refrigerator. If you have small children and need their food refrigerated or if you have medication that needs refrigeration, you are out of luck. The most expensive of our 2 week trip (we stayed in 5 spots), and I would not stay again.

It was ‘fine’. The basic rooms are basically like a motel. The explorers bar is closed in the summer. The pool is next to the reception. It was all just a bit…fine.

The charges payable to the hotel turned out to be a lot higher than what Expedia had indicated. This is really odd. Also the rooms were cold in the middle of the night and there was no way to control the thermostat

The room is too old not maintain well

Extremely disappointing experience. This was one of the worst hotel experiences my family and I have ever had. Unfortunately, neither the staff nor the management showed any sense of responsibility or professionalism. At the restaurant, we waited over one hour after placing a simple order for a pizza and a spaghetti. The servers were rude and disrespectful, and when I reported the issue to the management, no one even offered a simple apology. The problems continued in our room. The sofa bed was broken and completely unusable. When we called the front desk, instead of trying to solve the problem, we were simply told, "Tomorrow." Even after the company through which we booked our stay contacted the hotel on our behalf, they refused to take any action, saying the manager was unavailable until the next day. The hotel manager never bothered to call us or apologize. we were forced to sleep on the floor for the night Photos of the broken sofa bed and the fact that we had to sleep on the floor To make matters worse, despite having a fully prepaid and confirmed reservation, the front desk attempted to charge us additional fees upon check-in. Only after I showed them my reservation confirmation did they withdraw their request. Based on our experience, this hotel demonstrated poor customer service, unprofessional staff, lack of accountability, and very poor management. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone and strongly advise future travelers to consider other accommodation options.
