This hotel is very spacious, unlike normal hotel rooms, it has kitchen 2 queen size sofabed and king size bedroom with 2 washroom. Most ideal for family .

Fortunately we got there early to get parking, clean room good location great for what we needed.

Close to downtown, friendly staff and the suite was great!

Rooms are large and in great shape. The lids for the coffee cups didn't fit the cups though.

Great stay! Parking is easy to navigate. Room was updated and clean. Restaurant on sight has good variety. Great location able to walk to many local attractions.

Helpful staff. We love this hotel , only a block from the canal , where we stay for skating holidays. Having a kitchen where we can make our own meals is a big plus. Convenient underground parking. Walking distance to neighborhood grocery stores and also the centre of Ottawa.

We stayed for three nights over Winterlude. While dated, the room was sufficient for our needs. The kids (age 7 and 9) shared the pull out couch and were comfortable enough. The bed was comfortable and had plenty of pillows. The sheets were basic (our flat sheet had a hole in it) but did the job. The bathroom was more modern and came with shampoo, bodywash, conditioner, and a bar of soap. No body lotion, which would have been nice in the cold dry air. The kitchen was convenient for us and had all the basics as well. The room itself was very warm -- we slept with the balcony door open. The staff were courteous and did the best they could to address our questions. TV didn't work on arrival and there was no maintenance person working on Sunday, but someone came on Monday to fix it. Location-wise, we could not have asked for a better spot. City Hall was just a stone's throw away. We were a few minutes' walk away from Confederation Park and the Winterlude shuttle buses. We parked our car at City Hall from Saturday to Tuesday and did not need it once. Overall, we had a nice stay. Even ordered from Cooper's (the on site restaurant) on our last night. They were out of chicken wings, but the poutine was decent. All in all, I would consider returning here for a future stay.

Rooms Were clean but dated, baseboards were chipped. Hot water took several minutes to come up to temperature. Location was great and perfect proximity to canal for skating

wrongfully charged for 1 night. refused to credit. Paid for 4 nights, charged for 5. They claim an additional reservation was made, but that I did not cancel.

The staff were courteous and helpful, particularly the young man at the desk on the evening we checked in -- and the young Cooper's server we met at breakfast today. The beds were very comfortable! The rooms were fairly clean, but I wish there had been a ventilation fan in the bathroom and a wider selection of TV channels -- such as PBS and CNN. Also, I'd appreciate receiving some sort of confirmation that the $150 deposit (that I paid upon my arrival) was refunded to my VISA account, as I did NOT incur any additional charges during my one-night stay. Thanks.
