The location is perfect and within walking distance/drive from main points of interest. Soundproofing is an issue with very audible conversations/crying baby on either side of my room and at inconvenient hours . The crying baby was much more understandable than the festive folks yakking away at 1am. Though I mentioned this inconvenience to the front desk, nothing was offered as a token of compensation. In general, I found the staff at front desk helpful. Cooper’s restaurant is a good spot fot onsite dining

We couldn't find the do-not-disturb sign and had to ask for one. Housekeeping came in at 7 am one day unexpectedly and woke us up. The internet was unreliable within the hotel room. Only decent in the lobby. There were individual AC units, but on humid days you can feel the humidity in the room.

Very convenient location just off Elgin St., next to Ottawa City Hall. Rooms are clean and modern. Reasonably well stocked with kitchen gear for longer stays. This was my second time at the hotel, and I was very comfortable. On-site parking is first-come-first-serve, so if you don't get a spot, you will be sent to a (more expensive) surface lot across the street. My only real issue is that there are no hooks in the bathroom for toilettries bags or hand towels. The fitness facilities are better than many hotels at this level. Having a pool is also nice for relaxation or a few laps.

Room was clean and ready early. Walking distance to many attractions.

The bathroom was not cleaned properly and the ace was really loud and above the bed .

The rooftop terrace is just sublime. Access to the Art Museum is just steps away.

For a two Night stay: No wifi on the 10th floor, Sofa bed not confortable, Reserved one room with 2 queen size bed got one queen bed and one double sofa bed, air conditionning did not « cover » the Whole room… Compensation offered: free parking 😏

With exception air conditioning unit was bit loud noise rest of everything was good. Location wise very good

The downfall is we showed up on the Friday and they didn’t have enough parking spaces. We had to park across the street and pay money then what the hotel was charging.

Overall we were happy with our stay.

The gym and sauna are hidden in the parking garage but well worth finding. Location is fantastic, short walk to the sites but away from any riff raff

Room could have been cleaner.

The room was enormous! King size bed, 2 pullout couches, 2 bathrooms etc, for very reasonable price. Only negs were that room could have been cleaner and very limited parking.

Very dirty property… even washroom water supply not working . We call them and the came after 1 hour … so bad experience…

This is an older hotel which has had some superficial cosmetic updates so the rooms look nice enough, but there are no updates to the plugs or furniture for plugging in technology. The tv has only cable television, no smart tv to even stream a movie. Glad we were only staying one night. For a place to stay for just a night, it was fine. The parking would have cost an additional $28 (really!??), but luckily the hotel staff suggested parking at City Hall which is one minute away for much less money.
