Unfortunately the pool was not operational nor the hot tub nor the sauna. We would of cancelled our reservation if we were made aware of this in advance, as we had a child with us and i booked there specifically because there was a pool. Would def call in advance from now on.

I put a complaint in the very next day. I was expecting a speedy a date to get back to me. The staff when I checked in was absolutely terrible. I paid extra for the pool. The pool was not available. It hadn’t been available for over a week it was shut down and I paid for that hotel room for the pool speedy date was supposed to have gotten back to me this week and as you have to do so the service at the receptionist was beyond terrible

The staff did not want to let my wife and daughter check in. I had to be there despite all attempts to show proof we are a family and I was held up. They had to wait almost 2 hours in the lobby. The next day our cards were deactivated before check out time. They said that it was because the system deactivates the rooms cards close to check out time. 45min before check out time I guess is considered close.

I had a pretty nice day there. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast was fairly good. My kids like the yogurts I like the cappuccino machines they have espresso too. The free breakfast helped. The large pool was good. The hot tub was great. I slept well. I liked the supermarket because I can walk to it right outside the side door of the hotel. You can drive to quite a few places to eat there for me. The location was good. The staff is very friendly. The only thing is apparently the sauna hasn’t worked for like a year supposedly I really do like a hot room so that was a bit of a disappointment. A little place pretty good I’m satisfied I would recommend it.

The walls are paper thin, the breakfast, although free, was bare bones compared to other hotels. Hot tub was colder than the pool which its self was cold. The front lady at check in was nice but the guy at check out was rude to the guests checking out in front of me. Would not stay again.
