Staff, The Agent at the front desk was not very friendly. He requested a credit card for deposit which was fine but then alluded to the fact that if I didn't have a card I would not be allowed to stay. I mentioned that I had already paid for the stay which he just dismissed saying " we will refund this after seven business days" I feel this was rather distastefull behavior and very inconsiderate.

I stayed two nights in this hotel. They did not change the towels in the bathroom or clean the room even though I asked them.Secondly, there was a loud noise from children playing in the corridor between the rooms, and also from some rooms opening doors, along with the loud sounds of the television, which made it difficult to sleep. I also asked the receptionist, but nothing was done until one o’clock at night.

Disappointed with the room & property. Our room had what appeared to be mold around the toilet, tub & floor. The breakfast area was extremely hot as the AC was either not turned on or not working. Outside at the front patio was littered with empty alcohol bottles, beer case and paper plates from the previous night guests. Hadn’t been cleaned up when we were checking out at 11am. The staff were friendly and courteous at check in and check out. Won’t be returning to this property.

Room exceptionally cold, air conditioning unit very loud, and could not be controlled. Had to have it disconnected. Room was next to the elevator and several guests arrived around midnight and were very loud.
