Found numerous cockroaches in the room!

Trash bags in hallway, hot tub and suana broken, breakfast severly lacking

I had a pretty nice day there. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast was fairly good. My kids like the yogurts I like the cappuccino machines they have espresso too. The free breakfast helped. The large pool was good. The hot tub was great. I slept well. I liked the supermarket because I can walk to it right outside the side door of the hotel. You can drive to quite a few places to eat there for me. The location was good. The staff is very friendly. The only thing is apparently the sauna hasn’t worked for like a year supposedly I really do like a hot room so that was a bit of a disappointment. A little place pretty good I’m satisfied I would recommend it.

Breakfast menu could use variety. The staff was very professional and helpful. AC and heating were good. Very comfortable place. Jackie was a sweetheart the whole time. I would recommend.

The walls are paper thin, the breakfast, although free, was bare bones compared to other hotels. Hot tub was colder than the pool which its self was cold. The front lady at check in was nice but the guy at check out was rude to the guests checking out in front of me. Would not stay again.

Was a great stay other then Hot tub and sauna were out of order which was a reason we chose it. Breakfast options where not great. Staff was great through and place was nice.

Great friendly staff, we woke up a few minutes before the continental breakfast due to jet lag but the staff were extra kind to keeping it open for us longer and even went through the effort to make us pancakes. Upon check in very polite and kind staff, friendly and great at giving local Advice for food and transportation. The only thing was super disappointing is we intentionally booked this location for the hot tub and pool and the hot tub was like warm, and the pool was very cold- and we swim in mountain lakes so it has to be quite cold for us to mention it.

Hot tub was cold (hot tub was entire reason i went to this hotel) sauna was out of order. Elevator had trash on the floor very unclean. Definitely dont recommend this hotel.

My bathtub handled does not work Need to call maintenance to fix it

Cleanliness was poor. Pool was not functional. Noisy. And after the stay they are trying to charge me extra saying the clock in the room was missing. I made many attempts to speak to the manager he was busy and did not call me back. I tried to tell him there was no clock nor we took such a thing. Was disappointing experience that reflect poorly to some people in Canada.

Its was ok, met my needs.

Everything was great! I wouldn’t call it a morning buffet tho, it was eggs, sausage and bread. Still a great stay

Yes the parking is free the AC of the hotel room is cooling and their staff are nice

Staff, The Agent at the front desk was not very friendly. He requested a credit card for deposit which was fine but then alluded to the fact that if I didn't have a card I would not be allowed to stay. I mentioned that I had already paid for the stay which he just dismissed saying " we will refund this after seven business days" I feel this was rather distastefull behavior and very inconsiderate.
