It was clean and quiet. The breakfast could be better but was okay.

I actually liked it cuz it was convenient staff was friendly would totally go back on my next visit

The Hotel was very nice. The bathrooms could use a refresh, and new towels. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Hotel was dated and not very clean

Front desk clerk was unaware of service dog federal and provincial legislation in accordance with the Animal Act. Told me I had to pay and I didn’t. Got sorted thru the supervisor. Room keys had to be reset total of 9 times. First overnight the next day our room was not cleaned yet the cleaning staff said they did it. I spoke to the maid as we left about noon and told her we were leaving and the room could be made up. I reported to the desk at 11:00 pm that it had not been done and I was asked “if I had requested for it to be done each day as that was required”. I said uh no. I have never had to request it it is part of my room fee for the night. So a note was put on my file to clean each day. Buffet was terrible. No fresh fruit I could see. Toast and pb was good. Accessible room should have a handle in the shower to hold onto and one to get out for stability. Room was dusty as no dusting was done when the room was cleaned. Bathroom was clean. Carpets should be removed as they smell are old and hold dust. Suggest vinyl plank flooring. Both bedside lamps should have usb plugs as there is no light socket on far side of bed to plug in your phone to charge it. Kept having to ask for extra towel as they kept Only leaving two when I had requested more thereby making me have to go to the desk to get more.

Hairs in bathtub still and room needed a deep clean. Room keys did not work on check in, would suggest to load them at time of check in to be sure they work not in advance. Breakfast hot items were substandard (Heated dried out Hard boiled eggs, soggy hashbrowns and very cheap looking sausage patty’s) For a Ramada I would expect more given the higher price. This hotel meets Super 8 standards maybe. The Front desk manager was super friendly and helpful though, which made things nicer

Great location great price

We chose this property because it was dog-friendly. This meant that we got a room that smelled bad and had chipped tile all over the place. Breakfast was included, but was there was barely any food as it wasn't getting replenished and there was no variety (egg cheese thing - there was 1 left when we went for breakfast). Property was not well maintained. Front desk staff not particularly friendly. Would not stay here again.
