We paid for room with a jacuzzi tub and it turned out we couldn’t use it. The jets spewed chunks of material when we turned it on. The bathtub in the bathroom didn’t have a drain plug so we couldn’t have a bath and the bed was so terribly uncomfortable. Huge dip in the mattress and it felt like sleeping on a trampoline. Every time one of us moved in our sleep the whole mattress jumped. We have stayed at this hotel several times and every time the condition of the room was worse. We will be hard pressed to stay there again

It was very clean well equipped with all the amenities. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. A wonderful stay.

Our room was not the one we had booked. We had booked a king room with a separate sitting area but didn’t get it. We decided not to bother changing as the hotel seemed very busy with crews. There was mud all over the floors outside the elevators from the coming and goings of these crews. The mud remained on the floors the entire time we were there. Our room appeared to be clean, except for the mud in the shower. The breakfast room was pleasant and clean. The breakfast was okay, a nice variety of foods. They bought gluten free bread for my husband. My one concern was rules posted not being followed. Diesel trucks were not to park up against the building but that’s where many were, so early in the morning we were awakened to the noise of those trucks. The building intake got to push the smell through. If you have a policy it should be in-forced. We were in Cold Lake to attend events in the evenings. When we would return we needed to park at the opposite side from the entry doors. Generally the rear doors have a way for clients to enter, however not here. We needed to walk around the building to enter. The homeless were in the field, there were people in the parking lot playing music loudly in their trucks and smoking pot. Feeling safe walking around the building was not a priority it seems. We didn’t complain, there seemed to be no point as crews far outnumbered the other clients. We will try again as we regularly travel to Cold Lake, hopefully things will be better next time.

Room and washroom very clean. We accidentally shut tv off by shutting off internet. When we couldn’t get it back up, cleaning lady got it back up and running. Front counter staff pleasant. Breakfast could be improved. Didn’t see an option for decaf coffee either.

No hot water for a shower Friday morning and limited parking as the parking lot was flooded. Stained comforter and the wheel was broke off the cot which made it unusable

The bed was clean, unfortunately just a little soft for my back. There were two incidents where somehow the deadbolt locked after we left the suite. Not sure how that happened and the staff could not explain it either. The did respond quickly and got us back in our room when the issue was identified.
