I am going to be honest and say the property could use some TLC, but it had everything one would need, it was quiet the owners were very lovely, and would make sure to ask if we needed anything when they saw us. I was raised right across the street so it kinda felt a little like home to me. I am not disappointed with my stay here, as the price was just right for the amount of time I was staying while visiting family and friends.

You get what you pay for.
Outdated, but worth the stay.
Parking on the side street with a trailer worked for me.
Watch out for the clerk. He might try and charge you more money to check in.

The person at the desk was very nice and polite
The parking lot was full of snow … parking was limited rooms aren’t the cleanest . Heating wasn’t working either it got pretty cold.

Staff and owner was very involved and inviting, but sadly the room was far from cleaned. Was not pleased to see what was under the bedsheets, and under the mattress. The heater is a space heater in the room, was quite cold or dry and hot then pop breaker. I booked 5 nights for work and decided to sleep in truck then found other accommodations that ended up costing me the rate there and 120$/night for another place. To be refunded was out of the question.

It would is an old school roadside motel just east of Timmins. While not fancy, it’s economical and comfortable and easy to check in, hit the sack and get up early and back in the road.
