good staff

It was a nice ans small hotel and the price was right

You get what you pay for. Outdated, but worth the stay. Parking on the side street with a trailer worked for me. Watch out for the clerk. He might try and charge you more money to check in.

The person at the desk was very nice and polite The parking lot was full of snow … parking was limited rooms aren’t the cleanest . Heating wasn’t working either it got pretty cold.

Like the attitude of the staff and the environment great people to deal with am also a return customer I will always recommend them any time and any day

Good stay...

Staff and owner was very involved and inviting, but sadly the room was far from cleaned. Was not pleased to see what was under the bedsheets, and under the mattress. The heater is a space heater in the room, was quite cold or dry and hot then pop breaker. I booked 5 nights for work and decided to sleep in truck then found other accommodations that ended up costing me the rate there and 120$/night for another place. To be refunded was out of the question.

Quick service, super friendly decent rooms, bad water pressure in the shower but other than that not to bad

The room was disgusting, there were chewed sunflower seeds on the floor and someone's take out dinner still in the fridge and boogers on the shelving and mirror in bathroom

It would is an old school roadside motel just east of Timmins. While not fancy, it’s economical and comfortable and easy to check in, hit the sack and get up early and back in the road.
