The hotel was obviously older but is well-maintained and clean. We didn’t get to try the hot tub due to our schedule. We especially loved the mountain views that we had from our bed. Would definitely come back!

Beautiful room, clean and pet friendly. Staff is always friendly. Unfortunately had to check TV channels manually because no info was available, no mirroring or other entertainment apps available. All in all fantastic stay

Nice place to stay with 2 small dogs. We had a ground floor unit, easy for potty breaks for the dogs. Very minimal kitchen dishes, pots, etc. Comfortable bed. Sliding door was hard to open. This is an old property but it’s maintained fine.

Overall, a decent no frills hotel stay for a quick overnight. Check in staff were super friendly. Room was clean and beds were comfy enough. Bathroom needed some substantial repairs though and the property is definitely showing its age. They do have a nice playground for kids in the center yard area and are pet friendly.

The welcome was amazing. I think her name was Gill, she was so friendly and helpful. The available literature for activities and restaurants was helpful. We will definitely be coming again, it was amazing watching the sun set behind the mountains, and the views were amazing. We only stayed one night, so didn't get tonpartake in all the amenities. But we are hoping to next time.

We chose an apartment specifically for the fireplace, only to discover our fireplace was broken. Extremely disappointing. The Smart TVs also don’t function as smart TVs, only cable with minimal channel selection. Unfortunately we didn’t enjoy this stay as much as others in the past. Having said that, the staff were friendly and the property was clean. We had lovely mountain views and the kitchen had all the basics for cooking.

The place is clean, the staff is friendly, and the stay was very affordable. Ski shuttles don’t run from Canmore, so I rented a car. The town is so calm and welcoming!
