Everything from check in to check out was great. We had a bit of an issue with the toilet flush but it took 2 minutes for them to send someone and fix it.

Lodge has a good location, close to supermarket and fast food chains. Amazing mountain views. Very close to banff.
Staff were very nice, plenty of parking, kitchen has all necessities, clean beddings and towels. Which i cant say about the rest of unit.
Also please grease your doors in units, nighttime bathroom runs become a lot more noisy than desired.

This was a very good value with all of the essentials. Location was convenient -- walkable to groceries and restaurants. Easy access to freeway and national parks.
The kitchen was a nice amenity -- small but had all the basics.

They charged before we checked in although the payment was opted at property. No hot water and hot bath available stating the system under maintenance. They didn’t communicated in advance that caused us unable to plan accordingly. Too old washer and dryer. Needed coin to operate both. Do you think travellers keep coins? No coins available for exchange. No breakfast! Staffs are completely awkward. Never listens the problem! Like hell. Strongly Recommend never book unless you got in another place! My two days stay overthere was completely hell and wasteful!

So we took a 2 bed single room. As soon as we entered we found out the pull out bed is not working. We called the front desk and they immediately sent someone. He was not able to fix the bed. Then we asked for another room, and surprise surprise no rooms were available for 4 people. We had to put the mattress on the floor for 2 nights as the bed just wasnt there. Cant believe we had to pay such a high price for a crappy room like this.

Enjoyed our short stay. Only complaint was that the drain in the shower and the sink were clogged. Everything else was good. Bed was comfy, clean room, beautiful view. Also, they have BBQ’s on the grass area for public use, definitely going to remember that for next time.
