Great for a family, older and a bit run down but beds were comfy and lots of space. Very clean! Kitchen was well stocked to cook a meal if you would like. Hot tub was clean!

Excellent value. Stayed in a Twin/Queen room equipped with a microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, basic dish set, mugs and cutlery. Beds and room temperature were comfortable. Internet reliable. Good location within walking distance of many places. Location further away from railroad tracks, unlike hotels on the other side of Bow Valley Trail. Laminate floor. Rooms were regularly serviced. Staff were friendly and helpful. Access to hot tub and sauna. Main office has coffee available throughout the day. Ice machine, laundry facilities and iron/ironing board also available by main office. One minor limitation could affect groups. There isn't really a lobby or meeting area for a group larger than four. Would definitely consider for a future stay.

Stay there overnight for a medical appt as we are from out of town Hotel and property very clean Staff friendly Building and parking lot extremely dated and I'm sure the property will be flipped for future condo developments which is the rage in Canmore right now. I was frustrated that they have streaming service remotes etc. on site but do not offer any streaming services capability and the cable tv connection was poor. Volume and picture constant interruptions while trying to watch Property should remove ROKU devices from rooms if not providing streaming services Telephone also did not work

Great location, very convenient, helpful & friendly staff, good price for what you get for the 1-bdrm apartment with kitchen. The property is definitely older and would benefit from some upgrades, maintenance and a deep cleaning in the room, but it had everything needed for a comfortable stay at a really good price in Canmore. The property offers a good, value-priced stay for those looking for basic amenities and comforts in a fantastic, walkable location on the edge of town. I'd definitely stay here again.

Overall great experience for the price we paid. Views from hotel are great, away from train tracks and room service was done early part of the day. So, if you are back from skiing earlier, the room is ready for you. Building itself is little older but that was expected. Flooring and washrooms are renovated.
