Donna at the front desk was very helpful and professional. The room was spotless and had everything I could need. Best place to stay in Cache Creek.

Easy check in, super clean and comfy beds.

Room: there were silver fish bugs in the bath tub, toilet chain kept falling off the lever, fan obnoxiously loud. Plugged in phone charger to the lamp beside the bed, it sparked, flashed and the light bulb burnt out. Staff: friendly at check in, then no one to be seen again. Tried to look for someone regarding the toilet. Left 9:30am on Saturday and put please refresh room sign up. Returned at 4:30pm, room had not been done. Parking lot: huge pot holes that are hard to see at night. Safety: do not like that we could not deadbolt our door. Only the safety latch on ground floor. Tried again at check out to talk to someone, 7:30am Sunday, no one again at the desk only a sign to leave the key.

We had a late check-in and the staff contacted me to let me know the late check-in procedure she was very pleasant to deal with and helpful. The room was dated but clean and worked perfect for what we were looking for.

Very dated. Room was beat up. super old.noisy bathroom fan. Brutally loud wall unit. Kept.me.up most yhe night and I was only in the room for a 6 hr rest

False Advertising & Filthy Conditions I stayed at the Sandman Hotel in Cache Creek this past weekend and it was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I booked two rooms with kitchenettes and double beds, but what we got looked nothing like the photos online — it was completely catfished. The bathroom was filthy, with little bugs running around and a toilet that wasn’t even securely attached to the floor. The bathtub was dirty, and the rooms smelled strongly of stale smoke, even though they were supposed to be non-smoking. The so-called kitchenette was old and barely functional. To make things worse, the staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. We ended up leaving after one night and refused to stay the second. The TV had only about six basic cable channels — no Wi-Fi connection or streaming options as advertised. The attached restaurant was just as bad. We didn’t even bother staying for a meal. Overall, this property is misleadingly advertised, poorly maintained, and terribly managed. Save yourself the disappointment and book anywhere else in Cache Creek.

Friendly staff. Serene and peaceful stay. Lovely benches and tables outside so you can sit and enjoy the sunshine and scenery. Excellent and reasonably priced Greek restaurant on the premises as well. Best Souvlaki and Greek salad ever! Tender steak and vegetables fresh and tasty.

The bed was comfortable, the bedsheets clean, the bathroom clean . The only thing I did not like is humid smell, like old room. The location was good. The parking was full. The heater did not work. The staff were nice.

The hotel is an ok place to stay in Cache Creek, which is a small town without many options. However, our room was at the end of the hallway next to the emergence exit door, but people were always noisily using it, especially in the very early morning (3am-ish) hours and accompanied by the loud shutting of room doors. Perhaps some of the rooms are used as long-term rental? Also, the hotel is next to a warehouse and a forklift started very noisily loading a truck at 5am. Aside from those things, no complaints

Outside needs some work, not visually appealing, but room was clean and quiet TV was not good, blurry and only 13 basic channels, overall ,ok!

Ice machine was broken but other then that great location

We usually book at Sandman so was pleased to book at Cache Creek. We were VERY DISAPPOINTED at the condition. Aside from the condition,, the suite doors did not have working Safety Closures Latch Theshold Smoke seal No sprinkler Exit corridor doors

We tried to cancel this stay and change it to the next night and you would not allow it. We are very disappointed in this company and won’t be considering Sandman for our next get-away. Said it was reconciled but it does not appear to be that way.

It’s an old place and the housekeeping is “ok”. Kids shoes in the hallway were still there the next morning. The towel rack is in the suite’s hallway at head height so if you’re taller than 5 feet, be ready to duck or you’ll lose an eye. If they had mounted it above the fridge/microwave stack, just 3 feet over it wouldn’t have even been mentioned. And the shower head is at about 5’6” so I had to wash my hair on my knees. It’s a fine motel for 1 night but it’s not a destination I would choose again

Kitchen was okay and parking was safe
