Our curtain didnt close all the way so we had light coming in when we went to bed at early in the morning before getting up. Not up to our usual expectations from staying there before.

Not much in Cache Creek. We ate at the Bears Claw which was recommended but not good. Sandman Hotel needs a refurbishment but the staff were very friendly and had done a really good job at cleaning. Does need more lighting in room which was very dark. Just one bedside light to light whole room.

Property around the hotel was run down and buildings near by were closed. Inside the hotel they did their best to be clean and neat.

The outside was pretty scary almost looked abandoned. but inside was clean and comfortable with everything we needed Food was good and plentiful

Are stay was great quiet, clean, comfortable, staff was amazing patient and kind! The property itself is a little rough around the edges but inside and the rooms are great

Coffee supplies were limited and bottled water was very hard to find and the ice maker was broken. No staff available after 11pm

A/C sounded like a truck. No restaurant - it’s permanently closed. Room door stuck and had to be forced open or closed. Tiny room, one bedside table. I always thought Sandman had a good reputation. I seem to be wrong.

We had no cable or hot water for our two night stay. Missed final NHL game of season and had no showers after a long day on motorbike.

Nice, clean and convenient.

Check in was 5*. John was very welcoming and efficient and even provided a complimentary bottle of water. The Motel is older. I wasn't sure what to expect after reading some of the reviews but was pleasantly surprised. I had a parking spot right outside my room. The room was VERY clean and the air conditioning had been turned on to the perfect temperature. The bar size fridge was clean and cold. It did not have a freezer compartment but that was ok - John (reception) put them in the main hotel freezer overnight for me.

Gedateerd hotel dat op de foto's mooier overkomt. Badkamer oud en mankementen. Wel schoon en bedden goed, voor 1 nacht oke.

Beds soft, noisy if room close to yours runs their bathroom fab all night!!

Would have liked a continental breakfast.

Quite happy with the stay.

Good AC, clean and spacious room.

The hotel was very run down and old. Washroom was not cleaned very well. Ice machine was junk. A/C didn't keep the room cool, after being in the heat all day it would've been nice to at least have a cold room. No breakfast. The restaurant attached is permanently closed. The hotel staff leave at 11pm and other guests were partying loudly until 2am. At 11:30pm there were two males trying to enter my room because they were too drunk to realized where they were. They were yelling profanities in the hallway. It was just my self and my 12 year old daughter so this really scared us! Kitchettes are upstairs only, and there are only stairs in the lobby to access the 2nd floor. Open drug use on the main floor right outside rooms. Will definitely not be staying here again, especially with children! Highly disappointed with the rate I paid for this place!

Room was ok, only the air-conditioning machine was really loud.
