The staff were extremely accommodating and friendly. They accommodated early/late check in/out to the room and parking. The hotel was clean and the amenities were great. The hotel was close to lots of restaurants and activities. Overall a great experience. I would definitely recommend and rebook this hotel in the future.

The rooms are so clean and spacious, the location is amazing for dining , a short walk to the Falls, at the top of Clifton Hills. Everything you might want within walking distance

No microwave in the room caused lot of inconvenience since we had a toddler and had to go down to reheat milk and food. Although they had microwave at reception and in room if we want it was chargeable.
