Everything was great. We like the decor and design, and the staff upgraded our room upon check-in. Staff was also helpful and friendly. The only issue encountered was that we were unable to watch the movies and dramas on their vod app because their system was undergoing some update which we were told affected all guests when we enquired during late night. As we checked out the next day, we were unsure when it got resolved.

The hotel is in an excellent location whether for business or leisure. A lot of amazing fashion stores, bars, lifestyle events all around. The hotel itself is achingly cool, a mix of brutalist chic but warm and comforting with a great attention to detailing for their sustainable amenities. The staff are friendly and attentive and go out of their way to help with any questions. I hughly reccomend this chic luxury hotel.
