Stunning architectural hotel. The room was large, nicely furnished with all mod cons.

The hotel is in an excellent location whether for business or leisure. A lot of amazing fashion stores, bars, lifestyle events all around. The hotel itself is achingly cool, a mix of brutalist chic but warm and comforting with a great attention to detailing for their sustainable amenities. The staff are friendly and attentive and go out of their way to help with any questions. I hughly reccomend this chic luxury hotel.

Beautiful hotel rooms and the location could not be better. We were just across the road from a high-end outdoor mall that had lots of great restaurants and shops. Lots of dining choices in that mall, probably close to 50 restaurants with all kinds of food. We would stay here again the next time we are in Beijing.

Traveled with my family to Beijing. I highly recommended Chao at Sanlitun. Location is the best near Tai Ko Li. The hotel design is very modern and clean. Spacious room. I recommend to Pre purchase the breakfast because it’s so worth it. I would stay again when I go back to Beijing.

I’ve stayed at many high-end hotels, and this is by far one of the most comfortable and least expensive hotels in a major metropolis in the world. Very convenient location, friendly and flexible staff, super cool and modern interior and finishes, very clean, and the level of attention to small details made my stay much more pleasant and feel like home. It’s definitely one of the underrated boutique hotels. They let me check in early and check out late due to my flight schedules. I will definitely return next time when I’m in Beijing.

Very nice environment! Need more light around the lobby, the light chaning in the room is pretty but useless, can just use dimmer lights instead.

We had an amazing stay at Chao Beijing. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The restaurant and bar were lovely, playing live music in the evenings. All the facilities were great, and the hotel very clean and well kept. Location was also great, with everything needed close by! We will be returning in the future, thank you to all the staff at Chao! :)

it was a nice experience staying at this hotel in this vibrant area in beijing. it is just next to taikoo li sanlitun. the staff are very nice and helpful, trying to address our needs. it is unfortunate that when i was in beijing, a no. of tourist attractions were closed due to the extreme weather - huge wind, otherwise my trip would be perfect. i highly recommend this hotel to other tourists.

All good, except the lighting in the room and the bathroom/ vanity can be improved.

Everything was perfect - I was specially impressed by the eagerness of the staff to help us move our luggage and the generosity of the complimentary drinks (a small bottle of port wine and abundant supply of Aqua Panna, beer and soft drinks) and snacks. However, the hotel forgot to refill on our last day. I know the hotel would supply them on request. Our stay was unfortunately disrupted by the strangers knocking on the door twice on the New Year’s Eve and New Year Day. We brought our concerns to the hotel. The hotel staff explained that it was because guests with a room key can access to any floors which became the loophole. The staff also sincerely apologised (though it was more the guests’ fault) and gave us souvenirs as a token of gratitude. I would still recommend this hotel. It was otherwise impeccable if not for the mishaps.

Modern hotel, very clean n quiet, only thing is people intend to smoke inside. Other than that 10/10
