Everything is great. Except the ciggarete smoke comes to our toilet.

The hotel is super luxury, got a room on the 43rd floor with an amazing view. Very clean, quiet and comfortable. It's right next to an upscale shopping mall with good dining options. Overall, super happy, would stay there again!

World Travelers Visiting from SF. Conrad HZ experience is one of the BEST! Manager Stephan welcomed us, checked us in one of the best view room. All staffs are warm, welcoming & helpful. Short walk to number of malls for you will have wide selections for shopping & dinning and amazing light shows every Tues, Fri & Sat. I will definitely come back and recommend Conrad to all of my family & friends!

Hotel is new, easy access to subway and connected to Raffles City Mall.. Front desk check in staff friendly and professional... concierge helpful. Gym well equipped... indoor swimming pool looks great. However, you must bring your own swimming cap or buy one from them ... otherwise cannot use the pool... Never heard of such rules in other hotels. Point is this kind of information not published by the hotel in their website. Also , shocked to find that upon entering bedroom, housekeeping did not replace free bottled water in the bathroom, which was partially consumed by previous guests. No writing paper nor envelope in their stationery file, even after I deliberately left file open for housekeeping to discover. Buffet breakfast offer a wide selection of western and local food but it is the same food every morning... one can get bored with same selection every morning. Apart from these teething problems, service attitude very good. Just need more awareness.... after it is a 5 star hotel....

Overall experience was great. The hotel is brand new and the service was wonderful. The rooms were well appointed and the bed/lien was unparalleled. For a US business traveler, I had issues with the hotel’s internet and getting onto my VPN. This was the only hotel I experienced VPN issues at, but the hotel’s IT Director personally helped to address the problem. Jan, the General Manager is also very attentive and welcoming to his guests.
