Fantastic luxury hotel at affordable place in Beijing. Room is spacious and modern with all amenities. Fixtures are new. Breakfast is fantastic with a lot of Chinese and Western options. Not in an area where you can stroll around on foot. More for business travellers.

Comfortable room. Food is ok. Nice pool facility. Inconsistent guest services. Deputy manager/ manger on duty James Wei turned the negative experiences into positives. His quick response and solution oriented attitude made us feel much better and we might come back again next time when we come to Beijing. Nevertheless without his help and support, we wouldn’t choose NUO anymore in the future.
Downside of the stay: breakfast receptionist was quite rude to my husband that she didn’t allow him to come in and meet us in the breakfast spot because breakfast time is up even though he told her that he is not here for breakfast.
There was a monk in the lobby asking for money as well which made us feel quite wired and upset.

Amazing hotel with the best service. We stayed for 3 days and it was the best experience we ever had in a hotel. Everyone was very polite and helpful. The cleaning crew even folded our clothes when we were away. Also thank you to Ms. Gao at the front desk who was extremely helpful and nice to us when we needed to book train tickets. We will definitely stay there again in the future.

The turned off the airconditioning to save money and caused the room was over 30C, I woke up from heat at 1pm and called the engineer to turn on the airconditioning.
The bathroom curtain got problem to close, and they had to send engineer everyday to solve the problem, because their cleaner opened the curtain when they clean the room.
Everywhere is dirty, they did not even wipe the table.
A waste of time.

Check in Experience was not great. Processed, no info about hotel etc given (we only found out later thst both bar and japanese restaurant were closed) and while suitcases were brought up for guests next to us this was not offered to us. Room itself was nice and spacious. Pool and Gym were nice as well
