Comfortable room. Food is ok. Nice pool facility. Inconsistent guest services. Deputy manager/ manger on duty James Wei turned the negative experiences into positives. His quick response and solution oriented attitude made us feel much better and we might come back again next time when we come to Beijing. Nevertheless without his help and support, we wouldn’t choose NUO anymore in the future.
Downside of the stay: breakfast receptionist was quite rude to my husband that she didn’t allow him to come in and meet us in the breakfast spot because breakfast time is up even though he told her that he is not here for breakfast.
There was a monk in the lobby asking for money as well which made us feel quite wired and upset.

This is my favorite hotel in Beijing. The swimming pool, hot tub, steam room, and sauna are amazing and is what keeps me coming back. Service is impeccable.

Amazing hotel with the best service. We stayed for 3 days and it was the best experience we ever had in a hotel. Everyone was very polite and helpful. The cleaning crew even folded our clothes when we were away. Also thank you to Ms. Gao at the front desk who was extremely helpful and nice to us when we needed to book train tickets. We will definitely stay there again in the future.

The turned off the airconditioning to save money and caused the room was over 30C, I woke up from heat at 1pm and called the engineer to turn on the airconditioning.
The bathroom curtain got problem to close, and they had to send engineer everyday to solve the problem, because their cleaner opened the curtain when they clean the room.
Everywhere is dirty, they did not even wipe the table.
A waste of time.

My second stay at this NUO Hotel. Fantastic. Clean spacious quiet room. Very comfortable bed. Nice tub and separated shower with good water pressure. Window curtains are electronically controlled.

주요 관광명소에서 좀 떨어져있지만
베이징 택시비가 매우 저렴하기 때문에,
나쁘지 않았습니다.
5성급호텔이고, 직원들의 배려가 아주 만족스러웠습니다. 다시와도 누오 호텔
단, 조식은 매일먹는거는 비추, 최상급은 아님

A experiência que você consegue pelo preço parece que é mentira. Todas as instalações impecáveis, o quarto incrível, com uma vista maravilhosa pra cidade. O hotel realmente deve é um exemplo de luxo no estilo chinês. Especialmente o buffet de café da manhã, com todos os tipos de comida e muita variedade foi fantástico.
