The hotel is updated and modern. Centrally located to a lot of places in the city. The Costa Rican breakfast buffet was amazing each morning. The rooms are updated and modern. Room service was mediocre, try other places outside of the hotel. Hotel staff were very helpful and even assisted with booking my in-room massage. I wish they had a hot tub. Overall, great stay!

Beautiful rooms and view. Restaurant food was mediocre and overpriced. The view did makeup for that. Staff in the restaurant and on the first floor were excellent. The reception left a lot to be desired (expressed concern about blinking red light on what I’m guessing was fire and carbon monoxide alarm, they said they would send someone up. They never did. About 45 min after I went to show the front staff the video as it also made a clicking noise that made it difficult for me to stay asleep).

I would normally give 5 stars for everything but this occasion front desk and management was rude and they have a secret policy on some rooms to charge you $150 USD for a guest to visit your room. Its in the fine print upon checkin if you choose to read it however they will not telll you. NEVER AGAIN
