The hotel has an incredible view and the 18th floor is wonderful. The pool and gym deck were nice although it would have been great for the hot tub to work as well.

I had a great stay at the Hilton Hotel. The restaurant food was absolutely delicious, and the service was excellent. My room was clean and comfortable, and the bed was incredibly cozy—perfect for a good night’s rest. Would definitely stay here again!

Highly recommended. The staff were very professional and very helpful. The rooms are well maintained and comfortable. The breakfast was great.

The hotel is updated and modern. Centrally located to a lot of places in the city. The Costa Rican breakfast buffet was amazing each morning. The rooms are updated and modern. Room service was mediocre, try other places outside of the hotel. Hotel staff were very helpful and even assisted with booking my in-room massage. I wish they had a hot tub. Overall, great stay!

Beautiful rooms and view. Restaurant food was mediocre and overpriced. The view did makeup for that. Staff in the restaurant and on the first floor were excellent. The reception left a lot to be desired (expressed concern about blinking red light on what I’m guessing was fire and carbon monoxide alarm, they said they would send someone up. They never did. About 45 min after I went to show the front staff the video as it also made a clicking noise that made it difficult for me to stay asleep).
