Yes it was, the staff were exceptional, young man when we were leaving for the airport and needed to find our laundry which should have been delivered by an outside laundry, totally saved us. He called the laundry which was about to close for the day. Offered to go with us in the taxi that he had ordered to assist with dealing with the laundry. We didn’t require that but he already called them to establish our laundry was there. PS if staying at the hotel DO NOT USE Arthur’s laundry service. Charged us for delivery and didn’t follow through!!!!

The breakfast was excellent! Everything is super clean in the room. The staff is super friendly and professional. My only complaint is the comfort of the bed and the fact that you can hear a lot of noise (the walls aren't very soundproof).

The restaurant is NOT open for lunch and dinner like it says on the listing. It is only open for breakfast. The airport shuttle is not a real shuttle. 48 hours is needed to see if the driver they use is even available. The front desk told me to use uber when it is illegal in Costa Rica.

No details were sent to me for a late check-in. The taxi from the airport called 3 times and no one answered. We had to knock on the door at the entrance to wake the reception person. Not a great start, but the hotel itself was charming.
