I was greeted with a friendly welcome and ivana shared information on the city and my apartment. The studio is well equipped for cooking and very comfortable and clean. The neighborhood is pleasant with open green spaces/parks right outside the hotel, lots of dining and shops nearby but quiet and calm. I would love to stay longer and will come back if possible.

So glad we found this hidden gem. Very reasonable, clean, and walking distance to all the main attractions (Advent Market for me). No lift but the wonderful Ivana took care of this for me. She was so helpful (texts before check-in), giving local guidance. Their 5 stars is very well deserved.
Parking garage is about a brisk 5-min walk but very reasonable daily rates.
Will I stay there again? Most definitely.

We had a great stay here. Ivana was very thoughtful when we checked in - she had the ac on already and encouraged me to go into the apartment with our baby while my husband completed the check in process.
The apartment we stayed at is on the main level. It was very comfortable and cute with the yellow accents. It was very clean with lots of storage space. We only stayed for two nights but it had a well equipped kitchen if someone wanted to cook.
There is paid street parking reasonably priced on a side street which is busy but we always found a spot and it was affordable for Zagreb’s standards. We would stay here again in the future!

Dear SVMI apartments,
We had a lovely time in the house and the host was really kind. We had a problem with the taxi driver so she came out to help us. She called the police and when they came she explained. Her boyfriend came to help us. She gave us a lot of recommendations. Brilliant service. Lovely people. Very special .

Great location lovely neighbourhood and easy to get to lower and upper town on foot. Great pizza restaurant just opposite. Host Ivana so helpful and very welcoming. Apartment was very clean, comfortable and well equipped set up. Would strongly recommend. You can’t go wrong here !

Stayed here for one week with my wife and 2 year old daughter. Would stay here above anywhere in Zagreb. Great kitchen to make some meals. Amazing location. Close to the square and many restaurants. Ivana was amazing with communication.

We had a great time at this very clean place and near to city center, you can go everywhere by walking. Also we would appreciate the support form Vedrana! She was answering all our questions and arrange airport shuttle service for us. Highly recommend to everyone. Thanks again!

Great stay at Design Studios. The apartment was clean and well furnished, and the owners were responsive in their communication. They also helped out with the covid testing centers since we needed them to before returning back to the US. we were only in Zagreb for one night but we would stay here again.
