Ivana’s place is in a great downtown location, with plenty of restaurants and a supermarket nearby. I had originally reserved a superior studio, but unfortunately the view was blocked by a building. Since I had mentioned to Ivana that I’m claustrophobic, she kindly arranged a smaller studio on the first floor for me. Although the window still didn’t have a clear view, it was the best option for my comfort. Ivana is a very friendly and accommodating host - she even let me check out later. The communication with Ivana was second to none. The amenities were thoughtfully curated, with everything I could possibly need and lots of lovely little touches that made the stay feel extra special. I left feeling happy, inspired, and would definitely recommend staying here. Thank you, Ivana for being a great host - I hope to see you again soon!

Wow!! I was not expecting this level of thought and attention to detail but this place is a textbook example of what a short stay apartment should be! It was large, clean, well furnished, and thought given to every need of its guests. Ivana was extremely personable and helpful...so easy to communicate with and so quick to respond. The kitchen was well equipped and perfect for making meals...even had a toaster (which seems to be a bit of a rarity in the Balkans). The bathroom was large and had everything well laid out ( didn't have to search for the hairdryer!) and even had a box of Kleenex (again a rarity in the Balkans!). Ivana has done a beautiful job with the building...you can tell that she really cares about the comfort and needs of her guests. I read the previous reviews with a bit of skepticism but they were all spot on! You can't get a better place, in a better location at a better price in Zagreb!!

Magnifique appartement situé dans le centre-ville de Zagreb. Bien équipé, ultra propre, et la localisation était idéale et faisait en sorte qu’on est près de tout. Au niveau des communications, le Propriétaire a été très réactif et sympathique. Je recommande sans réserve.

It was really amazing experience to stay in this studio!! First of all, the location is perfect for tour. Almost all of famous places are in walking distance and there are lots of markets, cafes, restaurants near the hotel. Also, the hotel welcome us very kindly. I booked this hotel on the day when we arrived in Zagreb, but they respond very quickly and kindly. The hotel was really clean and comfy! We all loved the hotel and their kindness as well.

Really amazing stay. The apartment was wonderful and we had everything we needed and more. Really central location, close to everything. Ivana, the owner was so lovely, really friendly and helpful, we would recommend the apartments to anyone visiting Zagreb for any length of stay.

I was greeted with a friendly welcome and ivana shared information on the city and my apartment. The studio is well equipped for cooking and very comfortable and clean. The neighborhood is pleasant with open green spaces/parks right outside the hotel, lots of dining and shops nearby but quiet and calm. I would love to stay longer and will come back if possible.

So glad we found this hidden gem. Very reasonable, clean, and walking distance to all the main attractions (Advent Market for me). No lift but the wonderful Ivana took care of this for me. She was so helpful (texts before check-in), giving local guidance. Their 5 stars is very well deserved. Parking garage is about a brisk 5-min walk but very reasonable daily rates. Will I stay there again? Most definitely.
